  NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!! Nobody was there during operating hours, and when I called, the guy was completely RUDE. He then taunted me, telling me I was going to have to wait to get my vehicle. This place is a joke!

  I called on a Sunday and they came out the same day. My husband’s work van got stuck in our yard and they had it out in about an hour. The guy never gave up even when the van was stinking as he was Trying to get it out. I will be using them again if I need it as well as recommending them to everyone. Super friendly company!

  This morning started as a complete nightmare. Our daughter was involved in a car accident, and in the middle of all the stress and confusion, the police advised us to contact a tow company. We quickly searched online and chose Precision Tow because of their good reviews, hoping for some peace of mind during a difficult situation. What followed was frustrating, but it also became a reminder that even in not-so-great situations, there can still be something valuable to take away from the experience. Once the driver arrived, the pricing suddenly changed from what we were originally told. We discussed processing through our insurance company for reimbursement After towing her vehicle to their lot, we were informed there would also be a $75 daily storage fee. We were also told the pricing would not change once the vehicle arrived at their lot. We knew the car was a total loss and that it would need to be scrapped. However, after learning about the ongoing $75 per day storage charges and additional towing fees to move the vehicle elsewhere, we felt trapped. Thankfully, we were able to find a kind citizen willing to help us scrap and donate the car instead. At the end of the day, we are out $839 for a tow that was less than 10 miles. The charges included $6 per mile totaling $54.00, a $300 tow charge, a $250 service charge, clean up fees of $150, and a fuel surcharge of $75.40. After doing our own research afterward, we found that most towing services for this situation with pictures of the vehicle the maximum quote was $650 total, and the Kansas City, Missouri daily storage limit is typically around $30 per day not $75. As upsetting as this experience was, it taught us the importance of being prepared before an emergency happens. Sometimes difficult situations become fuel for better decisions, stronger awareness, and helping others avoid the same mistakes. Please do your research ahead of time and keep a trusted tow company saved in your phone. In an emergency situation after an accident, you may not be thinking clearly, and having a company already chosen could save you a lot of stress, frustration, and money.

  Terry was courteous, patient, and quick to attend to our driver. Our driver was needing help getting out of an area that looked to be icy. I would ask Terry for his help again.
