We’ve used Liberty enterprise several times and it was fine, however the most recent time was incredibly disappointing. We reserved a standard size SUV due to the fact that we are traveling with our son and we need to be able to pack a lot of big items. Initially when my husband picked up, they put us in a compact SUV. This is not what we asked for or paid for. And although they were receptive about my disappointment upon calling, it was as if they knew they gave us a smaller vehicle than we had asked for. I am also INCREDIBLY disappointed that if the car sits long enough, the smell of weed is incredibly apparent. You can also tell that the location has tried to cover this up by putting air fresheners in the vents. This is unacceptable, especially when traveling with an infant. I cannot wait to drop this vehicle back off and we will be using someone else from now on. Do better.

This store is Notorious for not having Cars ready. My pick up was for 430 and it’s 455 and there is no car available. There’s only one person working that would have to clean the car. This has happened to me the last two times and the previous times there was no gas in the car; I had to fill it up myself once again. I have to take my own vehicle when I had planned and reserved to rent a car from enterprise. Liberty, Missouri store

I think their names were Will and Chris(?). It seemed like a newer gentleman helped me when I needed a rental when my car had died.
They both were super professional and made a stressful situation a little more funny when all I wanted to do was have a mild panic attack.
They both made the entire process super chill and I’d totally use Enterprise again just for them!

In the past I have rented from this location with great success. I am not one for leaving negative reviews, however, with my last three reservations i have had nothing but trouble. The first was reserving a minivan 2 months in advance for a family trip only to find out the day of the trip they did not have a vehicle. The second was a work trip with reserving a mid size suv 2 weeks in advance. When i got to their location and find out that they have given away the last mid size suv and had to down grade to a smaller vehicle. Today took them all, reserved the vehicle yesterday (after closing) on line for a late afternoon pickup. Get to the location and find out no vehicle, I reserved after hours and they did not see the reservation. There were 4 individuals plus a manager in the back room there today. Inquired about a full size suv that was on the lot, nope. Couldn't rent it. Talk about a great dissappointment for a company that I have always enjoyed working with. I will have to start looking for another rental company. If you rent from this location good luck!
