  This is the only autozone I will go to. The stsff there are very pleasant, knowledgeable and will help you with anything they possibly can, especially MJ, she is an asset to her company. She is so very caring for her customers, listens attentively, and is not afraid to make suggestions of what will and won't work with her numerous years and expertise in the automotive industry. I highly recommend this particular autozone.

  I came in and had excellent customer service. Everyone was polite. MJ took excellent care of me. She got the part right away and answered all my questions. I'd definitely come back.

  I needed some urgent help today and being a Sunday afternoon there was no option to receive help from the dealership service department. My engine coolant warning came on with a stern warning to turn off the engine immediately. After a few minutes with ChatGPT I understood specifically what type of coolant (European model) and how to verify it's actually low. It was definitely low, possibly indicating a leak but the immediate step was to add coolant. I called the Autozone at 1310 Lemay Ferry and Aldin answered. He was extremely helpful in finding the soecific coolant and though his shift was ending he had the product waiting at the front desk. I walked in and was greeted with a blank stare from Jason R but Lily F greeted me warmly. She had the product ready and also got me some wiper fluid. I expressed uncertainty over how to put the coolant in and she nodded toward Jason and said he would know. Upon hearing that he immediately disappeared. I stated I don't think he's interested in helping and Lily assured me we'd figure it out. After paying she came outside with me and filled my washer fluid. Then between her expertise and ChatGPT we figured out how to open the coolant reservoir and not lose the tiny spring inside. We figured out how to carefully fill it (not easy with the way it's designed) and we got the top back on properly, spring and all, and tightened exactly as it was when we started. Lily was a life-saver! Driving on low coolant can ruin an engine but she got me through until I can get to a service department. She was pleasant, kind, super helpful, and just generally went above and beyond! She didn't judge me for not knowing my way around the inner workings of my car. Based on my interactions with Aldin and Lily I highly recommend this Autozone location! My guess is Lily will be CEO one day.

  Horrible place I stood in line right in front of a store manager and employee that looked at me and did nothing I bought a part that they said goes to my vehicle and when I took the part off it was a different part so I go back to get the right part that cost the exact same price and they are talking about how I can't switch the part out I would have to wait 5 to 7 days for the money to get back on my card I can't believe that they would have employees giving out wrong parts and then wanting to charge more money so they can get what ever interest they get by holding our money it seems they don't care for there customers I will never go here again and I definitely won't recommend this place to no one at all very unsatisfied iw ish the was a 0
