  They are always super helpful and friendly here. Even times in the past when it's taken a bit long to get through the line they have always been very apologetic.

  The employees were knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. They went out of their way to be sure my car was properly cared for and that I was informed of what they were doing and treated me with courtesy.

  Due to the following two separate incidents at the same location (402 SE M291, Lee's Summit, MO 64063), I no longer trust that the Valvoline techs bare the knowledge or are responsible enough to work on my car, which is tragic considering I've been using their services for over 6 Years on multiple vehicles: June 12th, 2025, my bottom panels were not installed correctly (Jd) and ripped off when I got on the highway. Valvoline replaced the font, large panel, but didn't get the replacement hardware to install it. I took the panel and bought the hardware needed on Amazon and installed it myself, correctly. Needless to say, I shouldn't have had to buy the hardware or install it, this was a huge inconvenience. April 12th, 2026, after pulling in I informed the tech (Hayden) that after they completed I wanted to ensure the bottom plastic covers were reinstalled correctly by the pit Tech (Alex). They assured me that they would be. So, after the oil change was complete, I reiterated my concern. He again assured me it was correct. Immediately after pulling out, I pulled into the neighboring parking lot and got under the car to look. Amazingly, they WERE NOT put on correctly (see attached pics). I drove back and informed him they were not on correct (missing a plastic pushpin and one clip was not pushed in, making the cover bulge up). I know everything was there as I'm the one that installed everything after I received the replacement cover. The tech insisted that the pin "could have been" missing when I brought it in and that the other square push pin was partially broken. So why wasn't I informed of the missing/damaged hardware? Is it customary or Policy for the Tech's not to inform car owners that the car is missing/has broken parts needed to reinstall the bottom panels correctly? If so, that is a terrible custom/policy. I believe Valvoline and it's Tech's have an inherited responsibility to tell the car owners they are missing/have broken hardware that could lead to the panel coming off while driving and cause potential damage / injury to other vehicles behind them as they try to swerve out of the way. Unacceptable.

  They were very knowledgeable and helpful without pressure. The young lady who check me in was very good plus changed my 2 light bulbs and the young man who changed my oils was efficient and knowledgeable too. I would recommend them totally.

  I will give a 5 Star to Valvoline 291 Highway Valvoline for teamwork and patience with me. I’m a new customer and had lots of questions. The team was very impressive especially, Alex “the speed demon” and Nicholas the man! I am a first time customer who relocated from Texas.
