  I dropped my rental off this location and the staff were nice enough to drive me up to the repair shop where my personal car was waiting for me. Demetrius was especially helpful in keeping me from forgetting a usb cord I left plugged in, and I really appreciate that level of customer service in a business.

  Understaffed, and at least 3 of the staff that were present were clearly not working - they were sitting behind the barrier, in the back. My reservation was made days in advance but no vehicle was available. I waited 45 minutes (with a line of other people) and we were all asked "would you be ok with a minivan, instead of the vehicle you reserved? It will get you out of here a lot faster. We have a line of vehicles waiting for the car wash..." After accepting the alternate vehicle, I identified three clean vehicles, matching what I reserved, that were parked next to the minivan. Also nobody was manning the car wash and there was not a line of vehicles in front of it.

  Lees Summit, Mo. location, showed up to a short staffed, crowded with customers branch. Checked in w/ Makala and then had to wait over an hour before my name was called. Had reserved a pickup truck and the only one on the lot was in horrible condition, dirty seats, worn carpet and high mileage. After another half hour or so of looking through the available inventory with Holly and settling on a mini-van (not what I needed) a gentleman pulled in the lot returning a newer pickup. I was able to leave with the pickup and would like to commend Makala and Holly for their professionalism throughout the whole ordeal. We have used this location on several occasions and this was the first potentially unpleasant experience we've had.

  Literally the best Enterprise branch hands down. I recently had a problem with the vehicle at the start of my rental and not only did they make sure the problem was resolved as quickly as they could, but upon returning the vehicle they did even more to make up for the inconvenience we were caused. I love coming to this branch. I will remain a loyal Enterprise customer because of the amazing employees here. Shout out to Mikayla for being an amazing human. She deserves a fat raise!

  I probably paid over $1,000 renting cars in two months and then I lost my credit card and had to order another one, and so for the next rental I asked if I could rent using my debit card and I was given a hard time to go and wasn't able to, and I had just paid a lot of money to rent cars in the previous two months, as employees knew! And the employee who said "no" was Abby, someone who knew I had just brought a rental back not too long ago! So, my credit card is okay but my debit card is not? This annoys me. This is all money being spent, whether it's a credit card or debit card. It's money going to Enterprise! This annoys me and makes me not want to return at all, not even after I got my new credit card.
