  The bad thing is you go to rent a car but your not allowed to leave your vehicle left there in there parking lot. Other then that it was ok.

  We rented a vehicle approximately two to three months ago thru Costco. Stop by earlier in this week to verify rental and compact or sub compact. We were assured was ok. To local Budget store to pick up vehicle, all they have is a Jeep. We were encouraged by the renting store to try another location. We could not do this. Accepted Jeep. Interior and exterior were dirty, quarter tank of gas and opening the door, the overwhelming stench of Marijuana. Told nicely, take it or leave it.

  Want a bunch of time wasted .. come here ... They will also way overcharge what you are quoted! Will never use budget or especially this location again. To many better options

  Budget called me and confirmed the night before that I was getting a jeep wrangler. Then today (day of pick up) I called and confirmed AGAIN that I was getting a jeep wrangler, he said yep it’s here. Got there at my reservation time getting everything ready to swipe my card and another lady had walked in and stated she wanted that jeep. They gave her my jeep that I had confirmed twice that I was getting. They said they would upgrade me. I wanted a jeep, knew it was there and they had the keys in my station and then took them and gave them to the other lady. They didn’t understand the entire trip was planned around this jeep. Super unhappy. Delayed our trip. Went to enterprise and their costumer service blew budget out of the water.
