  Was on the phone for 30 minutes making a reservation and I show up and they got the time wrong by 3 hours. They also charged me for insurance I didn’t need. I go to cancel and they have a $150 cancel fee. My total rental was $188. I was on the phone for another 40 min trying to cancel. They said they have a claim number and will call me in 24 hours. This was all because of their mistake and they aren’t taking any responsibility. They are a scam I will never do any business with them again

  What a scam. I called and asked for an extension and they said no issues, and the person billed my card $307 additional automatically. Use Turo instead. Always. These people are a joke.

  Deeann was incredible. I rented a van during Christmas holiday due to a recall on my jeep. It is now almost March and after dealing with awful customer service with different kinds of businesses the last 2 months, I just had to come write a review on her. She should be giving seminars on how to treat customers! She called to confirm our rental, she made sure we had exactly what we reserved. Her communication with me was outstanding. She was friendly, courteous, thorough. Very impressed with her. I have been in customer service my entire adult life and I'm shocked she hasn't been recruited by another company. I use her as an example when I am complaining about other people's/company's service. If I need to rent again, I will be contacting her first!!
