  OVER CHARGING FOR ITEM QUANTITY I DID NOT ASK FOR OR RECEIVE. Went in and asked for 2 feet of hose. Employee asked me to come to the back with him to look, since I had the other part in my hand, which is great to make sure I got the size I needed. Went up to pay for my 2 feet of hose and watched him type in a quantity of 5. I then asked, "That is sold by the foot right?" He said, "Yes, but we try to give people a bit of a deal." Still charged me for 5 feet of it. I went out to my car and looked up on their website to verify I wasn't crazy and I saw that it should indeed be sold by the foot. I went back in and asked for a refund for the three feet of hose that I did not pay for. He then only refunded 2 of the 5 feet that he originally charged, still over charging me by a foot of hose that I was never given. I was on my lunch break and needed to get back to work, so I did not want to make a scene in that moment. I will be calling in to corporate to see if they will refund me for the extra foot of hose I was falsely charged for. I generally like AutoZone more than O'Reilly's, but this really put a bad taste in my mouth for doing business at this location.

  The manager, Kyle, who is also a veteran, provided above and beyond incredible customer service and we are beyond thankful. Highly recommended shopping here.

  We had an excellent experience at AutoZone when our sister’s car suddenly was having issues starting and we needed a new battery. Kyle was awesome in helping us find another battery AND installed it for us. There was another gentlemen that helped us but we didn’t catch his name, he said was a delivery driver though! Again, amazing customer service. I’ll be back!!

  This guy didn’t wanna help me make a return. He was acting racist and did not help at all. He make me go return the parts that I did not need it all the way in Overland Park and make me drive 30 minutes saying that I cannot return it there when the policy says you can return it to any AutoZone location. Really bad customer service
