  always the best full service car wash imaginable! I travel a lot and I go out of my way to find a waterway wherever I am! This beautiful new facility in Lee’s Summit is sooo good! One of the things I love the best is that if they miss something and you point it out to them, they go back and do everything Till the Customer is absolutely happy. I cannot recommend them more highly!

  Raul at Water Wash provided a great experience from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and paid attention to detail. The service was quick, thorough, and my car looked amazing afterward.   Outstanding experience from the beginning to end. First time at this car wash and the associates were all exceptional! Appreciated that the person who greeted me showed me how to proceed and also suggested a service I wanted at the best price. The car wash was quiet, had gentle brushes, and made my car look brand new. Waiting area was also very comfortable and had so many options to purchase if needed like a convenience store. Elijah was the point person for the detail on my car and he was excellent! So professional and really cared about making sure the vehicle was clean and went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service! Great people made the experience worth returning to this location for washes. Thank you!! 😊

  Excellent customer service! Thomas was fantastic and truly cared about our family. He was sure to take great care of us and cared about his community and giving back. We truly appreciate him and that he went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend Waterway in Lee’s Summit. This is definitely the place to go!

  I don’t care about the outside of my car so the tunnel is fine. But $75 a month sucks when you’re told “we will get the rest of the dog hair next time” lol. Tried not to be frustrated as I had just been on a road trip with my St. Bernard. Came back maybe less than a week later and still they can’t seem to get it right. Everything is clearly dry wiped and the only dog hair in my car was left from them last time as she had not been in the car again. But alas dog hair and dirt were left in the car. They also don’t throw trash away which I thought was odd. So what am I paying for? Especially after a $20 tip each time I just don’t think it’s worth it when I can do a better job myself in the same amount of time. Went back this week while it was raining and no customers were there. I saw the exit only sign so I went around what appeared to be employee parking and pulled right in to the self vacuums just to vacuum one rug and was told I had to drive through the wash because if it were busy I would’ve caused a traffic jam. If it were busy it wouldn’t be raining and I would’ve driven through the tunnel. But it was raining. So if I want to vacuum myself (which I pay $75 a month for you to do) I have to waste water and go through the tunnel. Felt like an exception could’ve been made.
