  Just WOW!!! I used to pay $500 for a professional detail to get my car looking this good, and honestly, Waterway exceeded my expectations! I’ve tried a lot of car washes, but none of them even come close to Waterway. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, they have an amazing attention to detail, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. I also had the pleasure of meeting the GM, Thomas, and he truly stood out. He was incredibly kind, thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a great experience. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job versus when they take real pride in what they do and care about their customers.. Thomas is the latter! It’s clear that having someone like him leading the team makes a difference. The entire experience was exceptional, and my car looks AMAZING. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending Waterway to everyone I know! If you’re debating where to take your car, go to Waterway! You won’t regret it!

  Great experience here! Staff was extremely helpful! Matthew took time out to tell me about their bug station and although it’s self service he took the time to help me. Absolutely love coming here

  Brushes damaged multiple spots of the car ****Update**** Waterway has resolved any issues. They seem to be on top of things if any damages are presented. They even found a way to reach me outside of google reviews and sped up the process even faster.

  Wow! I am really impressed with the before and after! I brought my car in to get cleaned up before selling it and they did an amazing job! I ended up spending allot less than every other place, and they did a better job than I could have done myself. Very happy!

  Matthew and Michael were absolutely phenomenal! They provided amazing customer service, were extremely helpful, and explained all of the plans and options very clearly. Their positive attitudes, great energy, and willingness to help really stood out. They made the entire experience enjoyable and made me feel confident about my decision. Honestly, I would give them 5 stars—actually, 6 stars if I could! 😂⭐ I will definitely be returning, and Matthew and Michael are a huge reason why.
