  He was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about his job. He explained everything as he was going. What each tool was for & letting me watch the process. He is a very good knowledgeable technician. Very good at what he does!

  Had Safelite come out to my home for a windshield replacement. It was not well performed and I now have to take it to a physical store to get it repaired properly. I have a serious air leak in the seal on the windshield that makes a very loud noise when I drive over 30 mph.

  My experience with the Lee's Summit Safelite store location off 3rd Street was not a good experience. In short, this experience was terrible for several reasons. The tech removing my old windshield accidentally cut into my window car frame pushing the typical 3-hour window of completion to 24 hours - disrupting my scheduling the following day; I was then told my car should be ready the following morning; I appreciated the Uber ride to the rental car store as a result, although I felt obligated to tip the driver, then having to pay out-of-pocket to fill the gas tank before returning the rental the following day; the next morning, I had a very difficult time trying to reach the Safelite store to check on my car's status; unable to reach the store, I spoke with a representative who also was unable to reach the Lee's Summit store location to check on the status; I then drove on out from my home in Grain Valley with my kids to Lee's Summit to [hopefully] pick up my car and return the rental; upon arriving around 11am to SL, I was then told that my car was still at the autobody shop in downtown KC and that my car should be ready by 2pm; I drove home amd then back out to the store location at 4pm to pick up my car and drop off the rental; no apologies for the inconvenience of it all, no offer to reimburse me for the money I spent out of pocket - nothing; my dash cam wiring was reinstalled on the wrong side of my rear view mirror which now looks terrible with the wires hanging down much lower than originally installed; the tech didn't bother to vacuum off my dashboard with bits of debris still scattered across. I am NOT happy other than having a nice new windshield. I can't say after this experience that I would recommended SL to family or friends after this.

  Staff was friendly and professional. Waiting area was clean with water , tea and coffee available. Service took a bit longer than stated due to recalibration. Overall great service experience.

  Our Tech was outstanding, knowledgeable, fast service, outstanding quality work, and the customer service was stellar. Irony is we went against what a guy at Bob Sight Ford told us and used Safelite anyway. Thankful we did choose SAFELITE over A-Team glass Independence, MO/Lees Summit, MO because A-Team displayed no interest in anything special about their process which meant no notable niche service at all...not even over the phone for us. The work SAFELITE completed was for a full replacement of the front windshield and sensors on our 2024 Bronco Sport Big Bend. Safelite is a GREAT company...don't let anyone tell you different....and what a great service Tech they provided. Highly recommend them.
