Absolutely a great experience. Would highly recommend. Daren Tinker made the transaction so easy. Never done a deal like this and was a little hesitant but as it turned out Daren Tinker had it completed, very fairly, in a matter of minutes. A nice gentleman showed up two days later with a check and the deal was done. Simple, fair, easy.

Went to get service that was covered under warranty. Told them to just do the oil change and check for the oil leak, see what is covered, a tire rotation, and a new key made. I asked how long it'll take they said it'll be done next day. I got a video about the car tapping noise and said that the advisor would be getting ahold of me. He never did. That was at 8:55 am they were looking at my car. I called 9:03, 12:36, 12:38, 3:55. Never got ahold of the advisor. Left my name and phone number twice. Decided to go into the store to just ask for my car back. Ends up only getting an oil change. Didn't have time to fix the oil leak, didn't do tire rotation because my back tires were worse than the front tires. And only had the car for 4 months and have to buy new tires. And I didn't get a new key fob. All day they had my car for an oil change and they couldn't tell me anything else on my car until I showed up.

I’m extremely frustrated with my experience at McCarthy dealership. I brought my truck in while it’s still under warranty due to several ongoing issues, and instead of helping, they refused to take care of the repairs. That alone is disappointing, but it gets worse. I left my truck there for an entire week, and during that time I was told they would at least perform a basic oil change. When I picked it up, not only had the oil not been changed, but it felt like they tried to cover it up by putting a new oil change sticker on my windshield anyway. That kind of dishonesty is completely unacceptable. I even contacted the warranty company directly, and they told me that no claim or service request had ever been opened for my truck. That means the dealership didn’t even take the basic step of reporting the issue, so there was no way anything could have been approved or denied. It’s incredibly frustrating to find out nothing was actually being done behind the scenes. Throughout the whole process, it felt like no one there actually wanted to help or stand behind their work. Communication was poor, accountability was nonexistent, and I was left with the same problems I came in with—plus a lot less trust. I expected better service, especially from a dealership representing warranty work. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from McCarthy. This time we were looking for a specific vehicle, mlg, yesr and price. We let Joe and Brad know our needs and that night we received a text that they had a potential. We went next day and worked with Brad on a fair price and closed the deal. What is nice about McCarthy from buy to maintenance they treat you like they care . Your welcomed when you walk in the door and directed to who can best meet your needs. As always, big thanks to Joe and Brad and Tim, for stepping in for Joe on his day off. Look forward to many more deals and years Together.

Preface to the Problem: About 2 months ago I took my truck in to McCarthy because there was fluid leaking from the pinion seal on the rear diff. I was initially told that there was nothing wrong with it, then a week later I went back and showed them photo evidence of the leak, after which they agreed to replace the seal but didn't further investigate the cause. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago, I took my truck in on a Friday for warranty service for a grinding noise coming from the rear end (bad bearings) at highway speeds and a leaking pinion seal (again). I drove with the service advisor to display what I was hearing and he agreed to hearing the noise it was making, that there was something wrong, that he thought he knew what it was but they would need to order parts, and I was told to bring it back the following Monday. First thing the following Monday morning I took it back and it was left overnight thinking it was being repaired. On Tuesday morning I got a call from the Service MANAGER stating that he's had 5 people look at it and they couldn't figure out what was wrong, (despite fluid leaking from the rear differential/pinion). I again offered to take him on a ride to display what it was doing, and did so over my lunch hour. He listened to the vehicle for all of 2 minutes and then started texting and whatnot on his phone until we got back to the dealership. He agreed to hearing the sound and stated they would look at it again. About an hour later he called and told me that they couldn't find the sound and stated that "it needs to get worse" before he could justify sending it to Stellantis for warranty claim, and that I needed to drive it for another 5,000 - 10,000 miles, otherwise he could be out the money to fix it. Driving with bad bearings is a BAD idea! The following Friday I took it to another dealer who drove it, heard the noise, confirmed the seal was leaking, and actually took the time to remove the cover from the rear differential, after which they found "a lot of metal in and around" the rear differential from the bad bearings (as suspected). They replaced all the bearings in the rear end and now the noise is gone. Needless to say, I will NEVER take my vehicles to McCarthy for service again.
