  Purchasing a new 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jeff was a great experience. He took the time to identify the features that were important to me and then worked to find my perfect vehicle. This is the second new vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. From sales through service, they pay attention to the details. Thanks for a positive experience.

  Had an oil change appt at 1pm. Called day before to be sure it wouldn't take longer then 45 min to one hour since I was coming on my lunch break , or else I would reschedule- I was there over 2 hrs and 15 min. Just for an OIL CHANGE in which I had an appointment !!!! Not going back

  I had been taking my jeep here for over 6 years for all service needs. Recently, there has been a new service manager who is in the garage when you come in, who isn’t very friendly. Most recently, I had called to schedule an oil change a week in advance, as I normally do. When I arrived, this gentleman stated that there was no appointment, rolled his eyes when I told him that I had spoken with someone and said he could get me in but there would be quite a bit of a wait. When I expressed my concern, he shook his head and walked away, leaving me standing at the podium. Didn’t say anything. The rudeness and lack of etiquette for customer service was pretty apparent. I will never go back nor recommend.

  I purchased a DHS Dodge Charger (cheap speed) and McCarthy has been a tremendous help bringing it back to like new condition. The service is outstanding! They keep you updated on the progress as it’s happening. All repairs and services have been 💯 % on point. I’ve spent a great deal on my Charger getting it to my standards and McCarthy understands how much it means to me. Can’t say enough good things about them! I’ll never take my car somewhere else for service. Matt
