  Went in today for an oil change and had a great experience. The shop was clean, the customer service was excellent, staff was knowledgeable and kind. I especially appreciated that they didn’t try to up charge or sell me things I didn’t need. That honesty means a lot! Shout out to Syd, the store manager, for making sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend!

  This was my third visit here and my second time coming in for an oil change. During my first oil change, I was accidentally overcharged. To make things right, the business kindly offered me two complimentary oil changes. At that time, I specifically asked if I needed any documentation or a card to redeem them in the future, or if the credit would simply be noted in my account. I was told that I didn’t need anything and that it would be taken care of. When I returned today for an oil change, there was no record of the complimentary services. The manager (or person I spoke with) told me that if I had been offered free oil changes, I would have been given two cards by him. I explained that I had specifically asked about that during my previous visit and was told no documentation was needed. He didn’t seem to believe me. I then told him I had a voicemail from the business confirming the complimentary oil changes. He didn’t want to listen to it and, with a dismissive attitude, said, “Whatever, just give it to her.” I do appreciate that they ultimately honored the complimentary oil change, but I was very disappointed with how I was treated. I had proof to support what I was saying, yet I felt ignored and treated as though I was being dishonest. I also called earlier in the day to confirm they had the correct oil for my Volkswagen since I drive a German vehicle. I specifically asked because I was bringing my two young children with me and wanted to avoid any unnecessary delays. I was told they had everything needed, but I still ended up dealing with this issue. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t be returning. Customer service is about more than honoring a promise, it’s about treating customers with respect and giving them the benefit of the doubt when they have valid concerns especially that I had proof.

  I must of had a new person that wasn't trained, I had a low tire and he aired it up but didn't check any other to try and even them out, he also didn't fill my fluids.

  I had a flat tire , they matched my rear and gave me a ride home in Rain Tree , came and got me when they said it would be ready , everyone was polite and helpful, I was impressed with how well they treated me and other customers that were there. WC LaFond
