  I decided to try Express Oil change to see if I could save some money on an oil change. I usually go to Valvoline. There online coupon took $15 off a full synthetic oil change reducing it down to $81.99, and I know I have to pay for a couple more quartz above the 5 because my car is a 7 liter. So I figured with tax my bill would be $100-110. Nope, once they were done my total was $147! Insane for an oil change. They charged me $29 just for the filter because it's "premium". The OEM filter online is $15. Will never go back. Way overpriced.

  I got a nail in tire ~6 months ago and attempted to fix it by removing nail and then installing a plug with a t-handle plug kit I got at Walmart. I’ve used these before and they have lasted the life of the tire. But the tire developed a slow leak at the plug a couple weeks ago. So I brought it in to the Tire Engineers to properly patch it. I had them rotate and balance while they were at it but they said they were out of the correct diameter patches to fix so would have to come back in a couple days after they got shipment. So I went in the next week and they forgot to order them. Then yesterday I called and they said they got the proper patches in so come back this morning. So I did and after an hour they said they had bad news and I would need to buy a new tire. They gave me a quote for almost $350. I asked why and they said they couldn’t put a patch over a patch. So I asked to talk to the technician and found out they never even taken tire off rim. My old plug was still intact. They still said they still couldn’t fix it and I needed a new tire. So I took it to Firestone just up the street and they removed plug and added a patch for $30. The plug kit does say that it’s a temporary fix and to take it in to get it properly patched. I just wouldn’t ever take it to this place!

  Well went in to have tires mounted and balanced they had my vehicle for over 7 hour and did not do the service because I wasn't in their system. Had the same service done only in June. Not i work right across the street from them. Not happy about this.

  I’ll be coming here every time from now on!!! I decided to try this place expecting the same headache experience my previous shop always gave me , BUT I received the exact opposite. They get you back on track for the best price around - and with peace of mind knowing your vehicle was checked thoroughly / handled with care. The manager Dacodah is to credit and has this place running smoother than oil! Thank you to Dacodah and the rest of the team for the breath of fresh air and amazing customer service. I recommend this place to anyone!
