They were upfront about the diagnostic/ repair plan and pricing, patient with my endless questions, and competitively priced with warrantied aftermarket parts (parts and labor). They replaced what they needed to, inspected during the job, and didn’t repair/replace what didn’t need it. I wish I lived closer, so they could be my auto shop for all work. Many thanks!

I was initially quoted for AC refrigerant recharge, however, when they used tracer dye, they found that my condenser had a leak which needed to be replaced. This is common for my vehicle (2018 Silverado) so I had anticipated that might be a possibility. I had them order a replacement condenser which successfully solved my issue. They requested that I bring the vehicle back in 2-4 weeks later to have another round of tracer dye injected into the line to ensure the problem was completely fixed. So far, so good! Tim was great about communicating updates to me during the process.
