- TMTim MooreJun 18, 20265.0Derek’s is a very honest and trustworthy auto shop. Tim at the front desk is very straightforward in explaining any repairs. There is absolutely no “upselling”. The prices are very reasonable and Derek’s stands behind its work!

I was initially quoted for AC refrigerant recharge, however, when they used tracer dye, they found that my condenser had a leak which needed to be replaced. This is common for my vehicle (2018 Silverado) so I had anticipated that might be a possibility. I had them order a replacement condenser which successfully solved my issue. They requested that I bring the vehicle back in 2-4 weeks later to have another round of tracer dye injected into the line to ensure the problem was completely fixed. So far, so good! Tim was great about communicating updates to me during the process.

They have helped me with three safety inspections (for three vehicles), and they even got my van some new brake pads and rotors (with a great warranty!). They are quick, efficient, and super friendly. They also helped me fix a light on a car that had been broken for almost a year. They found a simple, affordable solution. I hope I do not need any more vehicle repairs or maintenance... But, if I do, I am definitely going to come see these guys.
