- ECEmerson CJul 22, 20261.0Waited here for 40 minutes for an estimate. Nobody was in the office. Tried calling, got no response. Another customer showed ip and had instant service, mind you I showed when I was told to be there 2 days prior to get everything looked at. Talked to him but he told me to wait even though I had already been waiting. After he was done with the other customer I waited for a bit longer. Could here him talking to other employees jn the back but never came to see if I still needed help. Place looks like jt does decent work but just very unorganized and confusing customer service.
