    My girlfriend and I are from Springfield and traveled to Tunas to the Lead Mine Conservation area to do some camping. While in the middle of nowhere we had a tire go low so we went to Lebanon and picked Sawyer Tire to help ease out minds about the low tire we had. Well turns out we had a piece of metal in the side wall of our tire and they got us right in and out and now we get to enjoy the rest of our vacation time before going back to work and school. Thank you so much for the help and getting us back on our way so quickly! 5 star service!

    Got an oil change here and the techs were too lazy to reinstall the splash guard — the part that protects the engine from water, road debris, and damage. They simply tossed it in a pile with other customers’ guards. Later on the highway, another guard held by the same clips came loose and started dragging on the road. When I brought it back, they claimed they “don’t normally reinstall them” and that mine was broken. I asked for the splash guard anyway so I could reinstall it myself, and they handed it to me completely undamaged. They were just too lazy to put it back on. There’s a reason I was able to get in right away with no wait… and it isn’t because of the quality of their service.

    These guys were great. We were a couple hours from home and had no AC. They got us right in and got the air fixed. They fixed it for less than he estimated and faster than they said. Good job guys!

    WATER IN MY RADIATOR!!! WATER IN MY RADIATOR!!!! AFTER TELLING YOU GUYS IM TRAVELING FROM PENNSYLVANIA TO ARIZONA HAULING A TRAILER!!!!!! YOU GUYS CHARGE ME FOR 2 GALLONS OF COOLANT AND PUT WATER!!!!!!!!!! YOU PUT ME AND MY FAMILIES LIVES IN JEOPARDY!!!!!!!! SHAME ON SAWYER TIRES GOD IS WATCHING YOU GUYS AND THE EVIL YOU GUYS DO!!! ALSO MAKE SURE YOU CLEAN YOUR NOSE BEFORE YOU COME SPEAK TO COSTUMERS AT 8AM!!!!!!!!

    The guys running the shop were professional and friendly. Good price. They changed 2 ATV tires for me for $30.
