  Thank you Enterprise and the lebonan manager for taking care of me. Car was clean and the experience was easy nothing to go through. I definitely will keep you as my rental company.

  Reserve the car in January of 2026. Went to pick it up June 4th of 2026 and received a call that morning to tell us that the car wouldn't be available that it had already been rented out and people had extended. We were told that they couldn't guarantee If one would be available by 3:00 if a came in they'd let us know. Ended up calling since we didn't hear anything, Patrick said that he had a car waiting for us. We had to be there by 5:00. Which left us only 10 minutes to get there. Patrick, the branch manager was rude. He originally told my husband he would call us and he said that my husband misunderstood him. Don't understand how I reserved a car in January and in June it's been rented out because there's been hail damage in the area and I'm out of luck to get a car. Super poor customer service.

  Patrick was really wonderful to work with! I was even able to get a different vehicle when I arrived for pick-up because I decided I wanted an AWD or 4WD vehicle instead. The car was clean and in excellent condition for a great price!
