I went in for an oil change and ask for them wipe it down after the oils done draining. The next day it looked like I parked a 67 station wagon in my driveway! And they told me my antifreeze was low but didn’t have any to top it off.

Went in for an oil change and clearly non of these guys knew what to do. The boss was running around on his phone and his employees were just waiting around for him to acknowledge what they’re doing before they do it. Also if you’re looking to get your AC recharged don’t bother because he said they don’t have the equipment when clearly they had the machine to do it they just put it back twords the wall and claimed they didn’t have what they needed to service and to go find another place to get it charged. That’s crazy so I went to jiffy Lube and they took care of me.

My daughter went here yesterday for an oil change. The hosed her for a new battery that was not needed as we had just replaced it 6 months ago and I had just checked it. They charged her $180 for the battery alone . The unnecessary upcharge is unbelievable and the fact that her battery was good is even worse. I was super excited to have a valvoline moving closer but I will skip this one and keep going up Bryan road where they don’t take advantage of ppl!

I went to this Valvoline location to have a new battery installed, arriving around 6:30 p.m., shortly before closing. Despite the late hour, Layne provided exceptional customer service and made the experience a positive one. I had no complaints about the service I received and truly appreciated the professionalism and helpfulness. This location is also conveniently close to my house, so I will definitely be returning in the future. Great customer service goes a long way!
