We dropped our car off the night before for a 9:00 AM appointment and expected to hear from them once the service was completed or if there were any issues. Instead, we heard absolutely nothing all day. When we called at 3:00 PM for an update, it took approximately 10 minutes for them to even locate our vehicle and find the service ticket.
What was especially frustrating was that, after having our car all day, we were then told about multiple additional services they recommended. If these services were identified during the day, there was no reason we couldn’t have been contacted earlier rather than having to call them ourselves at 3:00 PM.
We asked to speak with a manager, and when he called us back, we explained our concerns. Rather than apologizing or acknowledging the lack of communication and customer service, he gave us multiple excuses about being short-staffed. To make matters worse, his tone was quite rude and dismissive.
Being short-staffed may explain a delay, but it does not excuse poor communication or the way a customer is treated when they bring a legitimate concern to management. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and the manager’s response left us extremely disappointed. We expected much better customer service and will think twice before returning.

Been a customer over 10 years - unless it's a recall or a service only authorized to be done by the dealer - Dobbs does it. Really disappointed they stopped the free oil change cards after "X" changes - will start shopping for others coupons or lower prices now but they really are thorough and trustworthy but they're starting to get expensive compared to others

One of the worst businesses in St. Louis Metro they damaged my vehicle for over $1000 worth of damages. I have proof from another mechanic yet they will not reimburse me for the damages they did to my vehicle. I am now having to take them to Small Claims Court this is a business vehicle of mine so it put me out of work for three days so I will also have to file for those days that I have lost wages. This company cares nothing about their clients. I had been a client with them for over 10 years mark Relick their regional manager told me the best he could do was apologize to me!
I would steer very far away from this location and any other jobs location. I recently went to have my tires rotated and they broke a lug on my wheel hub $1000 later to repair The damage from what they had done to my vehicle, they are not willing to reimburse me nor were they willing to fix the problem. This is a very crooked company and terrible work Ethic I was there over three hours now I’ve had their regional manager Mark Relick waste days and days of my time to tell me that they’re not gonna reimburse me that I need to take them to Small Claims Court so that is what I’m doing!
They messed up my van! I called Dobbs at 9am and asked if they had time to rotate the tires on my van, which was covered under warranty since I bought all of the tires from Dobbs. I pulled up about 905. They got me in right away around 10 30 o’clock. I started looking into the garage and noticed that one of my lug post had been broken and removed. Around 11 they told me that it was finished and that I could go as I pulled away as I started to break at the first stop sign leaving Dobbs, I noticed that my car was shaking something terrible whenever I placed on the brakes. I turned around immediately and went back. They put my car back on the rack and pulled off both back tires. There was obviously some kind of problem because they were hitting my hub with a hammer trying to remove it and do some things an hour later they Took it for a quick test drive and pulled back up and said something is a matter with the brakes. I just had my brakes replaced about two months ago from my regular mechanic this morning. I had to take my van into my normal mechanic and it’s being worked on now. I will know the results of the damage done by Dobbs.
