I'm wondering if police get a kickbacks for every vehicle they have towed in. The Missouri Attorney General needs to investigate these towing companies the county uses. Why doesn't the county have there own impound tow lot like the city?

Office open til 5pm, doors locked by 4:00. Car was in an accident Friday, followed the truck to the lot, since they took an extra 30 mins to get to the lot, they got there at 5:10pm and said “Sorry office closed u gotta go.” Unprofessional and overpriced. Has become the police departments go to for stealing vehicles.

My brother was in a serious wreck over the weekend and we called the company to see what we needed to obtain item out of the car upon arrival the check list changed luckily I have the greatest insurance company and they sent over documents that were needed and we were able to retrieve our items. I just think the situation could of been handled a little bit better.
