  This company is crap horrible service please don’t use them my car was on there yard and we sent a company to get it the didn’t allow the company to get vehicles. They say they only allow certain providers to get cars off there yard . Also the girls that answered the phone was horrible just not professional at all. Please take your business elsewhere

  My brother was in a serious wreck over the weekend and we called the company to see what we needed to obtain item out of the car upon arrival the check list changed luckily I have the greatest insurance company and they sent over documents that were needed and we were able to retrieve our items. I just think the situation could of been handled a little bit better.

  Would not recommend. Customer service is rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Cash only is both not communicated ahead of time and wildly inconvenient. Probably hard to find an ethical towing company but these guys ain’t it

  1 star for this scam of a company. Creve couer gives you no choice when in an accident. I think it's nice when a company hires someone with disabilities but the woman at the front desk can barely do anything but repeat the same 2 lines. For some reason, the price is double what a tow from anyone I've used before has been. And they charge you per each DATE not per 24 hours. So in 24 hours you will be charged for 2 days. Awful service, awful people. When we need a car or toolbox moved for us we will definitely stick with the pink trucks. Edit to add: we picked up our car, nobody met us out at the lot like they said they would. We ended up just driving the car out (clearly not immobilized and didn't need a tow). We also walked in and looked at it on our own as the front desk people are completely incompetent and the tow drivers were yelling at cars driving by. If you don't want cars driving by, move your business away from the street lmfao

  Was in town for the weekend came out to a flat tire. Called the number and they had someone out to me within 20 minutes. Got my tire patched up and was on the move within a hour.
