  Rented a car from Enterprise the first week of May. They did not have the car I requested. The manager did try and told me they would credit my card $75. The Springfield office did not handle the return correctly, so the credit never happened. After three communications to the Kirkwood store and 2 to the main customer service line still nothing. I've been a rental customer for 20 years and have purchased 2 cars from Enterprise. Really dissatisfied.

  I recently had a disappointing experience with Kade at the Enterprise location in Kirkwood. I am a Wheels Fleet customer and arrived at the location needing a rental vehicle. Kade informed me that there were very few vehicles available and suggested that I might need to arrange transportation to another Enterprise branch if a vehicle could be located elsewhere. I explained that I was flexible and would be satisfied with any available vehicle, including a Standard SUV or even something smaller. While I was waiting, two customers returned their rental vehicles unexpectedly. Kade appeared unaware of the drop-offs until after the vehicles had been returned. Shortly thereafter, while he was calling other Enterprise locations regarding availability, I overheard him contacting customers with future reservations and telling them, “We unexpectedly had two drop-offs - a Standard SUV and a sedan are now available if you would like either one.” This was frustrating because I was physically present in the office, actively trying to secure a vehicle, and facing the possibility of paying for an Uber to another location. Rather than offering one of the newly available vehicles to a customer who was already there and in need of transportation, those vehicles were immediately offered to other reservation holders. Unfortunately, Kade was occupied on the phone for most of my visit, which left little opportunity to discuss the situation directly. I am unsure whether this was due to my reservation being booked through a fleet management company or simply a lapse in customer service. Regardless, the experience left me feeling overlooked and undervalued as a customer. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend Enterprise and will be considering alternative rental providers in the future.

  Cade McDonald was extremely helpful with my car rental. He was able to explain everything to me very clearly and he helped me adjust my return date and location. Will be returning to the Kirkwood location just to work with Cade!
