I needed my drivers side mirror replaced and I had brought the exact part for my car from the Toyota shop. I came here to save some money on labor and time because Toyota was outrageously priced. Unfortunately Toyota also seemed to give me the wrong part that didn’t fit my car so when Scott went to install it it didn’t fit. Despite having done the work to remove my door panel and the old mirror to prep for installation as well as putting it all back together they way it was they were extremely understanding of my situation and didn’t charge me for the labor since I didn’t get a part installed. Even though it wasn’t their fault most shops would not be so kind. If I wasn’t in a tough spot financially I would have paid them for the labor regardless but I am so so grateful there are people in this industry that care about there customers. It’s a rare thing to find and I hope this review helps others see the kind of people here at this shop. If I lived in the area that would immediately make this my go to shop.
