- MWMelissa WalkerJul 24, 20261.0If you need to rent a vehicle, don’t go to Enterprise in Kirksville or Columbia. I have been there twice now and left without a car. The first time I booked only 24 hours in advance and completely understand satellite locations needing more time to accomodate a request. The 2nd one, I rented 10 days in advance for an intermediate SUV. I called 24 hours prior and was PROMISED an intermediate SUV. I get there and all they had for me was a compact SUV. This is a big deal because I chose the intermediate for the additional cargo space needed. This place is managed horribly. Will be making sure my company looks into changing their rental car contract to someone with more reliable service.

We ran into a few problems dew to me not understanding everything about rental cars and I got frustrated and Joe went to work on it and I drove off in a rental car.
