  I do not have enough great words for Jacob at dry stack. Jacob goes above and beyond with help and customer service. Which is a hard trait to find these days! He has a can do attitude every single time! Jacob is so very valued and we appreciate him immensely!

  Would have given more stars if I could! We were on the lake and very low on fuel at around 9:15pm. Still had quite a ways to go to get home. Since What’s Up Dock technically closes at 8pm, our plan was to dock the boat for the night there and catch an uber back to our AirBnB and then return the next morning to get fuel. However, there was a light on in the store, so I ventured in knowing it was a long shot that anyone could help. Darin (one of the managers) was still there as he had just finished changing the prop on a boat. He graciously turned the pumps back on and fueled us up. On top of all that, as we pulled out he told us to have a blessed evening. This is above and beyond good customer service! This is a caring and kind person going out of his way to be a blessing! Thanks Darrin! You saved us a lot of time, stress, and money!

  We’ve had a boat at the dry stack for six years now. We absolutely love the ease of coming down to the lake and being in the water in a matter of minutes. All the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. We’ve seen the same friendly face in Jacob for all six of those years. We appreciate all he’s done for us and our family. We can’t wait to have another great summer at Port of Kimberly.

  This was a great experience, my family is new to boating and we’re experiencing some troubles while we were out on the lake last week. When we got to the marina Darrin was very quick to diagnose and recommend a fix to our problem (oil was low) he was very friendly and that isn’t always common these days. Thank you for helping my family

  We had a great experience fueling up at Port of Kimberling Marina! Grace L. was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She greeted us with a smile, made sure everything went smoothly while we were getting gas, and provided excellent customer service. It’s always nice to encounter someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and makes the experience pleasant. Thank you, Grace L., for your hard work and positive attitude! We look forward to visiting Port of Kimberling Marina again.
