Very helpful personnel. This was Oil Changers in the past, which I had used for about two years. With Valvoline the price jumped to $120 for an oil change. I did have a coupon that dropped the price to $100. I will now be going elsewhere due to the increased price.

Wife got home from getting an oil change and said she heard a noise. I looked under the car to find out they put the splash shield back on incorrectly- backwards. It was damaged by the time she got home from dragging on the road. Pretty sad simple oil changes are too complicated for certain individuals. I won't be bringing any of My vehicles here again. Makes me question what else they didn't do right.

Jason was very informative and answered all of our questions. Both, Nick and Jason were respectful and I felt they went above and beyond during our recent service. Visit Kearney, MO Valboline, you won't regret it!
