- JFJeff FedotinOct 8, 20265.0Excellent service from all employees. Their car wash program is a wonderful bonus, plus we appreciate the savings on the price of gas.
- SKStacy KingOct 6, 20265.0Great service and told me about additional discounts I have!
- KTKenny TsuiAug 19, 20261.0Paid for the most expensive interior cleaning was assured that the most expense package was the one that would get my car clean but was extremely disappointed. The center console is still dusty never wiped down. Very disappointed for the price. Amazing how you bring a car to a car cleaning service and your car still looks dirty when paying for thier highest cleaning package.
- LKLisa KernsAug 8, 20263.0I have been going there for fa few years and I happen to go to the lees summit and that was a horrible experience. Went back to state line location told them about it, paid for the 45 pick and my doors were ignored. If your going to charge someone that much to do what, was specifically the difference between the 30 and 45 dollar pick, then I believe you should probably do that. Both back doors were ignored all because I said something specific about what lees summit didn't do and they only focused on that. Please do the whole package that is listed. How hard is that?Spent 55.00 to get half-ass work done.
- JMJohn MacaroonAug 3, 20261.0Seems like a hostile environment for the workers. I had my car detailed here and I overheard an employee had vomited due to the extreme heat and instead of letting them go home or rest they kept him working. WHAT??? This seems completely unprofessional. The detailing was fine but the workers seem extremely rushed so I don’t blame them for not making it perfect. Overall negative experience.
