The center console is still dusty never wiped down. Very disappointed for the price. Amazing how you bring a car to a car cleaning service and your car still looks dirty when paying for thier highest cleaning package.

Went back to state line location told them about it, paid for the 45 pick and my doors were ignored. If your going to charge someone that much to do what,was specifically the difference between the 30 and 45 dollar pick, then I believe you should probably do that. Both back doors were ignored all because I said something specific about what lees summit didn't do and they only focused on that. Please do the whole package that is listed. How hard is that?Spent 55.00 to get half-ass work done.

I had my car detailed here and I overheard an employee had vomited due to the extreme heat and instead of letting them go home or rest they kept him working. WHAT??? This seems completely unprofessional. The detailing was fine but the workers seem extremely rushed so I don’t blame them for not making it perfect. Overall negative experience.

- BSB ShieldsJul 20, 20263.0I use this location and the OP location and I enjoy the ease of use and pricing of your service. Although my car is basically cleaned the same at both locations it is obvious to me that there is less water, soap, hot wax and lower water pressure used by the automated wash at this KC location. Also at the OP location a pretreat is applied by attendant that guides me in everytime but is never applied at KC location. Final rinse is also less thorough at the KC location with more soap and spots being left behind. Op location is meeting my expectation but KC location falls a little short
