- AHAngela Hernandez3 days ago1.0On Friday May 15, 2026 I had my oil changed. A little over 24 hours my jeep overheated. It had no fluid in the coolant. I just spent 350$ on a new radiator. In the paperwork it says they put fluid in it. Hard to believe because they also said they rest the light on dash. They didn’t because I did. Are these people responsible for this problem?

From the person who greeted me & rang me up, to the tech that serviced my car, to the manager that came and introduced himself. I’ve been to all the locations in the metro area and generally have a good experience, but this one was by far the best!

- NJNot JoeMay 3, 20262.0Usually a good experience but on this occasion I was rushed out charged and before the service was complete . I brought my own oil as the previous two times I was told they had 75w when I called ahead only to get told they didn’t have it.i had to inquire about the rest of the oil that was left over to retrieve it as i had brought four quarts and they almost kept it. I asked about the .4 left over to use next time and the technician said they wasted the rest of it.Manager on site didn’t want to refund the transaction. To apply valid discount I showed.
