  I’ve been going to valvoline for years and I love it. Their staff and service is always amazing. I haven’t had an issue at all. I will continue to come back for years to come.

  While some of the folks here are at least friendly, the place consistently takes 1.5 hours (minimum) for a 10-minute oil change, regardless of day/time, and will always ask for your tire PSI with zero intention of actually touching or refilling your tires. I should know better than to have come to this location as many times as I have, to be able to guarantee that this will be your experience. You’ll have to take PTO to use this location for your oil changes.

  Not as thorough as other Valvoline locations. They did not check the air in my tires, or check my lights. They only asked about the filters and wipers as well. The oil change was fine. Price for full synthetic 7qt was about $150.

  DO NOT GO HERE. Worst experience of my life!! I waited an hour and a half, third car in line, for an oil change. Multiple times someone came up to me to ask what I was there for. Dudes just standing around talking to each other. The worst part was that they snapped one of my belts while changing my oil!! I had to immediately go across the street to Firestone to get it replaced. What should have been a $50 oil change ended up costing me $500. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Firestone. They’re so much nicer and HONEST

  I have used Valvoline for oil changes for nearly 2 years and it's been fine. Not cheap but not expensive, very convenient. Then the code for changing out the fluid in my transmission came up. Of course they do that. The guy had quite a bit of trouble with the machine they hook up to do the service and had to change to a different machine at one point - equipment trouble he said. Then he told me that my transmission had been nearly dry so I should keep an eye on it. A couple of months later I'm leaving on vacation when my car starts sounding weird - slipping and revving when giving it gas open the highway. Then I couldn't get it to come out of low speed. So we headed back home. I won't detail the entire nightmare of getting the car home for repairs but suffice it to say between the cancelled vacation, tow home and assorted costs their transmission service cost me over $2600. The transmission shop I took it to told me I didn't need a new transmission like I was afraid of. They just drained 3 quarts of excess fluid off the transmission and recommended a car wash with an undercarriage blast. When I called valvoline to complain and recommend some training for the young man who did my service and they have no record of my ever being in the shop. Good lord.
