- DCDavid Coonce6 days ago3.0I got to the location on Vivian 15 minutes early, but unfortunately it's now 15 minutes after they are supposed to open, and they're not. Unprofessional and inconsiderate, to say the least.

They’ve always provided the most consistent service and everyone is always so friendly and happy to help.
- LLLexiJun 30, 20261.0I came in for an oil change and was told that I needed to get an expensive (about $150) radiator service immediately or my car would begin having intensive issues. I literally got a brand new $700 radiator three months prior and the Valvoline employee told me I desperately needed this service without even looking at my car. I told him I had just gotten one three months ago and he awkwardly said "ope nevermind" and then pivoted into trying to upsell me something else. Super annoying. Don't think this would have happened if I was a man. I really wanted to give Valvoline a shot because I was sick of traditional mechanics, literally just needed an oil change, and needed it the day of. Don't think I'll be going back, to this location at least. I understand upselling being a part of the job but this was super disrespectful and indicative of a real lack of caring & customer service.

Its at a convenient location so I’ve gone a couple times but after last time I said wouldn’t come back. However my wife had errands nearby so I gave it another try. Rolled up with all bays full, but no other cars waiting, which seemed promising to go quickly. I proceeded to wait over 20 mins before any car finished, then another 20 plus mins for mine. They need to work on their speed and efficiency here
