- PWPaul Walrod1 day ago1.0My girlfriend took her car here and got the worst customer service here, they did not check anything so we complained and they actually did our service all over again and checked everything because I was watching. Now today 5/19(26 My daughter took her car there and once again they did not check anything and did not even reset her oil life on her car. This is THE WORST PLACE To take your car. DO NOT GO HERE if you like your vehicle, they only care about taking your money

- RRRachelMay 10, 20265.0My car started overheating after I got an oil change I brought it back not only did they diagnose the problem and discover that it wasn't their fault they allowed me to keep my car on the property until I got the bright parts to get it fixed and the manager Jaylon actually helped put the new parts on and then Lori helped me get all the gunk off !. There is a Valvoline closer to my house but from now on I will definitely drive the extra 10 minutes to come back to see my new friends on State line would recommend to everyone what a great experience!!
- EGEric GlockMay 4, 20261.0This place is the worst it's supposed to be: get in the door before they close— If you do, you get your oil changed, but they're like, "oh it's 10 minutes before we close so we're not going to give you an oil change." This really kind of ruins valvoline's reputation for good service.
- TJTodd JApr 21, 20265.0I was traveling through from Nebraska to Lake of the Ozarks, and had stopped at Joes BBQ. While parking, I pulled in too close and pulled part of the undercar shield off. Not wanting to drive another 3 or so hours with that dragging, I pulled up to ask if they could take a look and pull it off. Keyleigh was very friendly and helpful. She had me pull my car in, and a tech down below reattached the piece to hold until I got home. They didn't charge me, and Keyleigh was so professional and kind. Thank you so much for helping me out!!!
