No one is safe from their predatory practices. I called and spoke with Xander regarding my concerns and he completely disregarded what I was saying to him. His lackadaisical attitude proved he was not interested in a paying customer’s concerns. Last time we came here the guy couldn’t even be bothered to get the right mileage for the vehicle. Just lazy and lame.
- EHErika HaleJul 1, 20261.0Looks like the reviews are consistent. I wish zero stars was an option. A vehicle was brought in for an oil change and left with an oil leak. The store manager refunded the oil change which is an admission of guilt but won’t pay for the repairs that were done at the dealership. The area manager refuses to call me back. I would suggest never bringing your vehicle to this location. I have receipts and all dates match up. Patronize at your own risk knowing you will end up paying for their damages. Not worth it. Pay the extra money to go where people are knowledgeable, trained and professional.
