- JDJason Durrell1 day ago5.0I went the Valvoline on 40 highway close to Noland Rd. Just for an Oil change, thr were extremely Quick, to to be honest there were just an awesome group. Answered question extremely nice and did a great job. Im one that talks to everyone so we were laughing and enjoying just the small amount of time in 105 degree heat. I told them I was sorry for waiting for the hotest day, they didnt complain, they just said its our job and didnt bother them a bit. Its nice to just go get something done, they didnt beg for an upsale and it was a good experience, when I needed just that. Good people And I think they deserves a good report. It just doesn't happen that way anymore. So thank you. Made my day.

I happened to look in my rear view mirror and noticed smoke coming from the rear of my car. I immediately returned to valvoline. Hailea was still there, I explained my problem. She jumped right in, and assured me she would fix whatever was wrong. She re did my oil change, and I could see her wiping my engine down. Apparently my old oil did not drain out properly so I had too much oil and it was splashing and burning. She documented everything as my husband had requested. She left us with specific instructions for future oil changes. She was so kind, professional, and empathetic. She is an asset to your company! I commend her and I hope management does too!

They communicate what needs to be done. When they finish they tell you was done and you pay and leave. I love that!
