  Today was my first time visiting and I was very impressed with the whole process. Everyone was professional and helpful. All questions were answered and despite a computer issue I was in and out quickly. I will be back for sure.

  I forgot my wallet by total accident. This info came to light after the oil had been drained from my car. Instead of allowing me to make a quick trip home after finishing the service I was told"We can't put oil in it till the payment is made" Really? Do you honestly have people that try to scam a free service? You can look at how my track record of coming to Valvoline shows I'm an honest and loyal customer. The only place my vehicles have been in over 5 years. I called a relative who was close by to bring me money to get oil put back in my car.

  Easy in and out for a quick oil change, always consistent at this location. Lillianna was great to work with and great positive energy, gave me options for services recommended for my vehicle and mileage.
