  I went to valvoline at the intersection of Vivion Road and antioch in gladstone mo and waited 30 minutes only to be told to move to a different line to let a car who came in after me go ahead of me. I protested but the kid said that's just what he was told. So I left and went up to the valvoline on north oak traffic way in Kansas city and was in and out in 15 minutes. Service there was excellent. I called the home office and lodged a complaint

  These guys are always professional, friendly, efficient and super easy to work with!!! I for one won’t go anywhere else!!! I asked my tech if I could take his picture before I took it and of course had his permission to post !!! Great guy !!!

  Oil change went great. Had my rear wiper blade replaced. Watched Juan the tech almost bend my wiper arm since he couldn't quite figure out how to remove. When he figures it out he used my car as a great place to set down tools. Mind you I just spent a good amount of money polishing the paint. So that was infuriating. Then once the tech clears me to go, I drive onto the main road, only to hear the sound of plastic. Sliding off the rear. I pull over and notice there is a bolt exposed. Juan forgot to place cap back on wiper arm. Everyone else gets a 10/10. Juan needs training. He is not professional. Very shy about apologizing and making things right.

  I visited Valvoline at 2:45 PM and all three lanes were busy, but the team was working efficiently and communicating well—it was actually impressive to watch. I was helped by Lillianna, who guided me through everything clearly and professionally. Kay handled the under-the-hood checks and was polite, thorough, and kept everything clean. Victor worked underneath the car and did a diligent job. Despite how busy it was, I was in and out by 3:13 PM. Great teamwork and excellent service—my car is running great and I left very satisfied.
