  Immediately greeted when I pulled in, however i did get moved around 2 times because they didnt have their customers lined up right in order of when the next Bay would be open. If they are going to move people around it would be nice if the lot was a little bigger to back out of the way. Service was still faster than other locations ive been too in KC, and everyone i spoke with was pleasant. Thankfully had a coupon for the oil change which saved me some money too! They normally check tire pressure but didnt this time for some reason, I didnt mind though because I just had air put into the tires about a week prior. Will be back!

  It took 45 minutes for an oil change. They did not check anything else like the receipt said they did. They added a random $5 service fee (probably because I used a coupon) and never checked the oil level at the end. I had to request for them to show me the dip stick. I get home and there is oil all over the engine and and a clip/bolt was nut secure on the undercarriage and fell out. Had to wipe down the hood and engine so now I smell like oil. Won’t be coming back.
