  Nonexistent sense of urgency. Spent over 2 hours here (no exaggeration) for a simple oil change. Staff just meandering around, not working on any of the 3 cars in the bays most of the time. Was asked to back up and move for others twice because they had arrived before me, yet they allowed 3 different cars that I’d arrived before cut in front of me. Never a review leaver but this one was just truly mind-boggling

  Had to wait a hour and a half before I decicde to leave a hour and a half wait for a over priced 20min oil change . Glad I left

  Having been going here for almost a year. The experience was not that bad. the guy working there at bay 3 around 12 was pissed off for no reason, he was trying to upsell me a battery and all sorts of stuffs that were not urgent but didn’t addressed my question on why there is always low oil being drained from the engine while the dipstick was showing full just a day before I went there. Looks like need to find a better place for next time.

  Great fast service, employees were extremely helpful with the thousands of questions I had, he answered every one with no irritation I LOVED that! Got me in and out really quicc! I highly recommend this location!

  Been in this line behind two cars for over an hour....the first car was already being worked on when I pulled up, literally watching people who got here a half hour after me get their oil changed while I sit behind this car and wonder what the heck this tech is doing and why it is taking so long for him to do an oil change and air up some tires. He spent 20 minutes airing up tires. And I'm going to pay over $100 for this mess??? Nobody comes here to wait hours for an oil change. This sucks. Literally sitting here. Watched them do five different vehicles while I sit in line behind the same two cars right an hour and a half now I also had to unschedule a delivery route that I had to make some money today. That's not happening now
