  WORST SERVICE EVER! Do not believe the posted wait times! I waited over 30 minutes and the manager Joaquin rearranged cars as I continued to sit and wait (3 cars back). I’m leaving without my oil change. I’ll try somewhere else.

  I usually like Valvoline but I feel like every time I go there the prices keep going up, and because I'm a female I'm talked to like I'm an idiot. I pulled up and had one person in front of me and I was there for almost an hour and a half before I left. Kind of ridiculous. It wasn't crazy busy, and I sat in my car for at least 45 minutes while they were changing the oil. I'm sure they were short-handed but there was cars that came after me and left before me so I'm not sure what the situation was. I also have my mileage set to 5000 for an oil change, they used to print that out and when I asked them to print that instead on 3000 they told me I needed to let them know ahead of time next time because they got to change it in the computer at the beginning and I could see the computer screen and it said 5000 miles on it. Again because I'm a female, I'm talked to like I'm an idiot and I don't know what I'm talking about. I will most likely be going somewhere else from now on. My maintenance says to change it at 5,000, mi. I'm glad that's the only thing you took from this whole situation is that I got the wrong sticker. Not the fact that I waited an hour and a half 45 minutes of it for my own oil change. Sitting there with no response from anybody. Or the fact that they treat women differently than men. But okay, you all have a great day.
