  The staff was friendly but they double filled my oil. By the time I was home my exhaust was smoking and the engine was revving strangely and losing power. They sent out a manager and he confirmed their mistake. They had my car towed back to the shop, drained it and performed another oil change. The second change is still above the max line. I’m not driving my car as this is dangerous to the engine. Lots of calls to customer service since but the manager/area manager are not working with me to ensure no other damage was done to my engine. All I want is my car to be as good as before the faulty oil change. If you go here make sure the dipstick is showing between the min and max levels.

  I waited an hour and 20 minutes to get in the garage. There was one car in front of me then waited thirty minutes for the oil change. They got oil all over my truck.I had to bring it back for them to clean it, and they still couldn't get all the oil off.It turned the paint a little yellow. Not going back. This was my third visit.

  I always feel very well taken care of whenever I have my vehicle service at 102nd and Wornall Road . The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I also appreciate on my last visit that the manager.Unfortunately , I didn't get his name was honest enough to advise me that I was not even due for my oil change and was extremely early. Kudos to the staff at that Valvoline on Wornall road!

  Took an hour and a half before I got into the service bay even though there was only one person in line ahead of me. It was obvious that the manager and the employee used and not gel. They asked me to back my car up from the pain I was in through two lanes over and then they asked me to go back and do that before I was before. The guy that was servicing my vehicle on the main level was doing nothing while the oil was emptying from my car besides checking his phone and I had to ask at the end to have the air in my tires checked because they were not. Meanwhile it's about 90° outside and there's bees everywhere having my windows down I started to do without risking getting stung by a bee.

  Worst Valvoline I’ve ever been to. Very very slow and the guy bringing in cars doesn’t know what he’s doing. Had 2 people who got here after me serviced before me while I just sat in the bay waiting. Finally flagged a guy down who said someone would be with me shortly… another 50 minutes later and I was finally getting some attention. Splashed oil all over my engine and car and didn’t clean it up. First they put too much oil in, then not enough. Didn’t even ask me what type of oil I wanted, just started pumping it in! Turns out the guy below hadn’t emptied it yet bc the guy on top didn’t communicate. What a mess. If you don’t have the staff to support it, don’t have all 3 stalls open. Chris needs to find a new job.
