Not only did he rally the whole team to help me get out quickly (due to timing deadlines), but he provided tons of knowledge and conversation while I waited. Ive never had a better experience at Valvoline then I did today. Huge thanks to Drew, Travis, Rin, and the unnamed mechanic doing everything underneath the car to make my oil change and transmission fluid drain/refill go so smoothly.
