  First time renting from SIXT. As a top-tier Hertz and Avis renter, I found the car I rented from SIXT (BMW 3-series) was better than the choose-your-own or upgrades I get from the big two companies and for a comparable price. Customer service was top-notch and easy to navigate.

  Summary: no help with replacing tire and false charges after I returned the car. I had to fight for reimbursement, while Sixt did nothing to help. I rented a car through Priceline with Sixt in May, 2026. I had a bad experience. They gave me a nice car, but during the rental period one tire on the Volvo XC went completely flat. I was in Bella Vista, AR. I took the car to Discount Tire, where they told me the tire needed to be replaced; that it was not safe to drive on the small spare. I called Sixt Roadside Assistance and was told to purchase the new tire and apply for reimbursement to Sixt. I paid $300 for a new tire. Sixt never responded to my request for reimbursement, even though they acknowledged receiving my documents. In addition, Sixt charged me for an extra day of rental although I returned the car on time and was at home in Texas in bed after my flight at the time they claimed I returned the car late. Their two employees were two giggly, unprofessional (stoned?) girls who showed up ten minutes after I returned the car and told me to go ahead to the airport. It took me multiple calls/emails over three weeks before they removed the fake charge. After 3 months of no help from Sixt, I received reimbursement from Chase Card Benefits, my Visa card company. I will never rent from Sixt again. I have found Priceline rentals unreliable in general.

  I typically use Hertz but they were sold out so I used Sixt. They have a amazing cars. I got a BMW X1 for $124 total all in for 2 days. The rental and return process was seamless. I may be changing rental car companies.

  I had an excellent experience with SIXT. The booking and pickup process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. The staff were professional, friendly, and made everything effortless. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as promised. I highly recommend SIXT for their outstanding service and will definitely rent from them again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Could not started worst!! Because we have rented with Hertz and there was no one at Hertz to care care of us...so we went to Sixt to ask if they knew where Hertz people were. He tried to find some people from Hertz and there was no one!!! So after that we decided to rent another one and this time from sixt!! What a plesure It was all the proccess, helped us to get the BEST price we could get, great info in the proccess and a really fast reservation and pick Up. It was a hell of a day, and he tranformed It in a great day beacuse of his kindnes and great attitude
