  We checked in shortly after midnight and we received the absolute best customer service from CV. He was extraordinary, so helpful, kind, and made sure my family was taken care of. Thank you CV, you are truly awesome!

  Rented a BMW X1 on my short business trip to KC. Smooth pickup process, even late at night, as my plane was several hours late. Navigated the pouring rain out to my car and off I went. Glad this model has excellent wipers and lighting, so I could find my way to the hotel. Return was super simple and two minutes later I was on my way to the airport shuttle. Thanks again Sixt for a great rental experience.

  Prepaid for the rental. When I went and picked up the car, was given an upgrade as a “veterans discount” and was supposed to have the deposit waived. Later that evening when we went to get fuel, we discovered we were charged an additional $556 for the “free upgrade” and the deposit. Seems like a scam company. They refused to do anything to help us at all. Customer service is absolutely terrible.

  On multiple rentals between my husband and I, the vehicle we have chose has not been what we get. They always try to place us in something completely different and even try to charge us MORE every single time.they make it sound like it’s my only option to upgrade my rental and pay extra. I was needing a specific car this time and Sixt was the only one with it— except once again, they didn’t have it! Each time we have been told “the last one JUST got rented” which I find hard to believe. Seems like a major mismanagement and poor planning. This last go around was our last go around with Sixt. We have never had this with any other rental car company and we travel and rent vehicles very often. If they don’t have the vehicle we rent, other companies put us in a comparable one or an upgrade with no charge for their mistake.

  The agent named Enoch was absolutely incredible! He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout my experience. His kindness and genuine willingness to help truly warmed my heart. I even told him that his mother raised a wonderful son—and I meant every word! SIXT, you did an excellent job hiring Enoch. Employees like him make a lasting impression and truly represent what exceptional customer service should look like.
