  East or West, Sixt is the best. The location manager Mr.Olivier who is French American was fantastic. He took care of the paperwork quickly and put us on the best car they had on the lot. A lot of people would be happy with that. I will tell you, the upgraded car was great and we had great time driving it around in Kansas.

  I am leaving one star because there’s no option for less! Had the option to “pick” a car since 9am but it’s 10am and we just received (an hour late) a car that was already paid for months ago! They had about 5 other customers waiting for cars & no cars available. How do you charge customers for services you cannot provide in real time? I’ve used this company in other countries & never had an issue. This branch in Kansas demonstrated a higher level of incompetence; manager didn’t come out to talk to paying customers. Perhaps he/she needs to be relocated if cannot handle a business at the airport, where people land with commitments in their agenda & time is of essence (AND is money!)

  I just landed and had a really great experience checking in to pick up our car. We were helped by a very nice gentleman named Enoch. When he realized that the style car that we reserved was not in the lot, he ran to bring us the exact car we wanted from a farther lot. The car was pristine and we were on our way in no time. Truly a pleasure renting from here!

  Upon arrival at the SIXT location, I had anticipated utilizing the Digital Rental service. However, upon accessing both the application and the website, my reservation was either unavailable or encountered technical difficulties. Esperanza, the SIXT representative, warmly greeted me at the counter and expressed sincere apologies regarding the online system's unavailability. She demonstrated attentiveness, providing clear and comprehensive explanations, and offered exceptional assistance. Given my frequent travel for both business and personal reasons, I must commend Esperanza for her unparalleled service and dedication. Her level of care was outstanding, and I am unable to adequately express my appreciation for her exceptional assistance. It is my sincere hope that all future travel experiences will be as positive as my interaction with her. Thank you.

  rented multiple cars from them. at first, great cars and great prices. last few have never been the car ordered, dirty, one smelt of smoke, and extra fees tacked on after check in... deceptive 'prepay' practices in the fine print. Final straw when in November was hit with a $600 fee for mirror damage that i absolutely didn't do. Checked vehicle back in, walked around with associate and nothing was called or pointed out. Just a complete erroneous charge. Their claim provided no photographic evidence, just their word against mine. If i had done it, i'd own it and pay accordingly. There was no damage that occurred from my rental time. They outsource their calls, you can't get ahold of a person at the MCI office to discuss. Their telephone customer service is terrible, hope you don't get disconnected and can understand a word the people are saying. If you want to talk to someone in claims, good luck- they only take calls Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. ???? Now dealing with a collection for an erroneous charge. Complete BS, non competitive pricing, non existent customer service (on the 800 number). Done with you Sixt- you're just another crappy care rental company squeezing people for money and your crap vehicles.
