If I could give this store a negative rating I’d be so much happier. This has been the absolute worst experience ever. I originally got my window replaced on 5/26/26. However there was a loud howling sound coming from my window. I called and scheduled an appointment for a replacement on 6/11/26. The technician arrived at 1:00pm but he did not have a window with at all. After some calls, the technician was able to reach the manager and they found a window at a warehouse and planned to have someone drop it off. The technician then removed my window, but it took well over a an hour for them to arrive. So July vehicle sat outside for over an hour with out a windshield in 90 degree weather. Once the window arrived they installed it and left. The car sat u til 8pm that day then I drove home. I got in my car the next day after the car had been sitting to go to an appointment and I notice the leather on my lash was lifting up on one side and bunched up on the other. I immediately texted the store manager the at that moment and asked how this happened and needed to be done to correct it. I got no response. So Monday I called several times about the issues and had corporate send me photos of my dash after the 2nd install to compare it to how it looks now and it’s horrible. No one answers my call in the store nor even when cooperate calls them still no answer. I finally get a call from the store manager to come in on 6/18/26 at 12:30p and that the quality manager would be there to help repair the damage. I was there for over 2 hrs. No one talked to me nor checked in until they handed me my keys back and said I was good to go. I get in my car just to see that barley anything had changed. I was told that the damage was a pre existing issue even though the photos taken by a safelite employee do not show any preexisting damage. I’ve called corporate multiple times and have been told multiple times that someone would reach out and as of today 6/26/26 have yet to hear from anyone. Look at the before and after 24 hrs photos below and tell me how this was preexisting. I even asked the manager to tell me how and she couldn’t even respond. But my biggest question is, why attempt to fix something that was preexisting?……..

Due to a bad hail storm I had to get my windshield replaced so my insurance company scheduled me for safelite which I’ve never used before. As I’m waiting for my car I get told that the technician cracked the new windshield and “barely tapped it in”. What kills me is the fact all I heard was loud music and laughing while they broke the new windshield. This is unacceptable. This is barely a tap. The audacity to blast music and laugh loudly for customers to hear just for a windshield to be broken and couldn’t tell me next time they will have a replacement in. Do not take your car here they are a joke.

Safelight came to my home to replace my broken windshield. So convenient! Patrick was my technician. He was prompt and very helpful. He finished the work in good time, drove and recalibrated my windshield. I also had him replace my wiper blades. The replacement wasn't cheap, but I knew it wouldn't be. My vehicle has a lot of technology built into the cameras/windshields, etc, but they were recommended by my insurance agency, so they must be competitive. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received.

Find someone else! I chose safelite only because of convenience so I wouldn’t have to get a baby sitter and sit at a shop for 3 hours. They came and replaced my windshield on Monday and now 3 days later I had to get a baby sitter and I’m sitting at the shop for hours so they can repair the work they did poorly. My seals came off and look like someone took a screw driver to it. I called and they told me the soonest appointment was 5 days out. My car isn’t even safe to drive with the seal hanging down and the possibility of leakage if it happens to rain. They then told me to come in first thing the next morning at 7am. After coming in told me they would maybe get to it in 2-3 hours. Not much urgency to make things right. Very displeased. Especially after spending almost $1000! Poor work, poor customer service.
