  Caydan the tech was amazing, the entire experience from booking to replacement was super smooth and professional. Volvos are not an easy mfr to replace windshields on, and this went perfectly.

  My Tech was on point. He arrived and did his thing while I watched and chatted with him. Was done in under an hour and I'm satisfied with the service. Would recommend to others in need.

  Safelite is amazing! They will come to you and fix it while you're in a meeting or doing whatever you need to do. In addition to that, they will call and keep you posted. Overall, it was a wonderful experience using Safelite. I highly recommend them. They worked quickly, and efficiently.

  I had a great experience with Safelite, thanks to Brian! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job replacing my windshield. He took the time to explain everything, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when he was finished. Brian clearly takes pride in his work and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Safelite, especially if you can get Brian as your technician!

  I would not recommend Safelite based on my experience. After waiting two weeks for my appointment, I was given a five-hour service window (Noon–5:00 PM) on July 30, 2026. No one showed up, and I never received a text, phone call, or any communication letting me know there was a delay or that the appointment would not be kept. When I contacted Safelite, the AI assistant simply told me to reschedule. When I asked whether they could guarantee a technician would actually show up the next time, the answer was no. In 2026, customers should expect better. A five-hour appointment window is already excessive, and if a company cannot make the appointment, the least it can do is proactively communicate with the customer. A simple text or phone call would have shown respect for my time. At 5:00 PM, I called the 800 number. And after going through the Safelite phone tree, I finally spoke with a nice gentleman named Justin. He apologized and said he would call the store manager, who would give me a call in a few minutes......I am still waiting. If you're considering Safelite, I'd recommend looking at other glass repair companies that value their customers' time and communicate when problems arise.
