The technician himself arrived in a timely manner and gave me ample warning to his exact time frame. He was courteous and completed the work quickly and without leaving a mess in my car. It's only been a few days but the windshield looks fine so far.

I did have to Google to figure out the difference between the three services, but once I clicked on the service I wanted, there was a description of the service. My first appointment had to be rescheduled because of weather and our lack of covered space for service. The technician Kaydan called on the day of my appointment to let me know he could arrive earlier than our initial appointment window. Kaydan was friendly, respectful of our property and communicated clear instructions for aftercare. Service was quick! The window needed for an appointment is 5 hours but the service took about 1.5 hours. They call and or text to let you know when they are close.
