  Truly the worst service I have ever received from any business in my life. First they no call no show, the second appointment they weren't able to get my sensors to work after replacing the windshield, so I had a to make a third appointment. The third time they replaced the windshield again with the same type of windshield that wouldn't work the first time and couldn't get my sensors to work. The tech assured me safelite would call me to make another appt to try and fix it AGAIN. The shop never calls and wont answer when I call. So after days of trying to contact the shop I call customer service a minimum of 5 times and finally file a complaint. The shop wouldn't even answer for their own customer service. Customer service promised someone would get back to me within 24 hours per own rules. STILL no one has gotten back to me on day 4 after the complaint. Also all the lights on my dashboard are on because of the sensor issue and features in my car haven't been working now for weeks.

  The work was completed after three wasted days filled with last minute appointment cancellations by Safelite, incomplete work from their technicians, multiple calls to customer service, erroneous appointments and an additional trip to their shop in Shawnee which was an hour round trip. This coupled with a complete lack of response from their shop in Kansas City is the reason for the poor review. I cannot in good faith recommend Safelite to anyone who values their time.

  Excellent experience. Super easy to schedule online. Technician came to my home and was very friendly and helpful. It was a very quick turn around. Very pleased with the service.

  Tech was great about communicating and very prompt. Chip was sealed in quick fashion despite it being a rainy day. Very professional. Will call on Safelight again

  My entire windshield needed replaced after being cracked by a rock on the highway. Being a Toyota, the backup camera was a challenge to recalibrate. My driveway wasn't a great place to do that as there was a lot of dappled light and reflections to deal with on that hot, sunny day. But my tech was a very good problem solver and kept at it until he succeeded, which same me from having to take my vehicle to a Safelite location for the recalibration. I wish I could remember his name, but he was a different tech than the original email said would be coming. This tech was very kind, professional, conscientious, and courteous.
