- VVVance VignaJan 10, 20255.0We were visiting Kansas City and we had car problems. A friend who lives there recommended S&S. She said she had been going there for 28 years. We called them and they said bring it in. Mind you it was on a tow truck. They sourced the problem, got the factory proprietary part ordered and we were ready to go the next morning by 9:00. Incredible customer service and fair beyond belief on the price. I will keep their card in my wallet in case I ever have issues again while in KC. Shelly and Jerry get 5 stars from me!!!!
