- LFLisa FosterJun 5, 20261.0It takes A LOT for me to give a business 1 star. Please know we have used Penske for the last 7 years with a non-profit we run. We are a national account. We have experienced numerous (10+} instances of frustration EACH YEAR from this branch of Penske. Anywhere from them overbooking and not having a truck available, to not having what we reserved come the day of our reservation. While we understand things do happen, the level of customer service at this branch is horrible. We spend a lot of money with this company and if this is the treatment we receive, just think about the type of treatment you will receive if you’re booking for a single weekend. It shouldn’t matter the size of account you have - customer service should be a thing. Why do we continue to rent from them? Because they are the preferred vendor for the national organization.

Over that time I would say the people at the Century location have failed me 75% if not 80% of the time. Whether it’s the wrong truck, the trucks at the wrong location or just no truck at all. Luckily the great people at Enterprise Truck Rental have saved me when Penske failed. I stuck with Penske because they have locations a lot closer than Enterprise. Today Penske on Commercial in Kansas City failed me again. What I have learned is that although further away I can still spend less time, with less worry and stress by just driving the extra distance to Enterprise.
