  Reserved a medium sedan. No cars on the lot. So given a pickup. Seems to be a common theme in KC (same predicament with different company my last visit). Truck was OK. Had a bit of an odor, almost like a Smokey/BO. Car play did not work half the time which was frustrating navigating. Will given them another chance nonetheless.

  Easy pickup and return at KC airport. We had a great car that useful for getting around. Had no issues.

  National makes it so easy. You book, you pick up, you return and all of itnis streamlined. No haggling over anything. The beauty of renting with National is how simple and easy it is. At times it feels like it is too easy and I am hesitant to take the car off the property as you feel like you must be missing something. The emerald aisle is amazing.

  I just reserved a car with National Car Rental, and I want to thank all the folks who helped me do that! First, thank you to Fabian in the central reservation department who took my initial call. He researched as much information as possible to answer my questions, and I appreciate his time and kindness in helping me. Next, I drove up to the airport so I would know how to get to the consolidated rental car facility prior to picking up my car. I also had several questions that I wished to ask on-site prior to making the reservation. Claudia F. was at the counter when I arrived, and was SO friendly and SO helpful! I asked her all my questions, and she thoroughly answered each one. She was able to guide me through the reservation process, and even gave me her business card to contact her in case I had any further questions prior to picking up the rental car. How incredibly thoughtful! Thank you SO much, Claudia! And many thanks to Joe in the rental car lot for allowing me to look at the vehicles in the class I was considering; it was VERY beneficial to actually see the vehicles inside and out. He shared some additional details (that I wasn't aware of) about each vehicle I looked at, and I really appreciate that. Both Claudia and Joe treated me like such a valued customer! Believe me, that "sealed the deal" in my choice of National for my car rental company. It's a further drive to the airport from my house, but it's worth it for the caliber of customer service!!

  I've never had a bad experience here but this recent experience was exceptional. Mercedes and Montana went above and beyond with their customer service and their great attitude.
