  I was welcomed at the door of Molle Volkswagen by my salesman Malik. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was looking at. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend Malik and Molle highly!

  I recently traded in my car for a Volkswagen at Molle. This was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. The communication and options provided by Malik were perfect. The trade in process was easy and very fair. The car delivery and explanation of features was very efficient and thorough. I highly recommend the team at Molle Volkswagen!   For quite a few years, my best option for VW official service center work and helpful at times to offer best options to lower costs on repairs. I have used them for 2 different vw passat models, 2004 and 2012. Corey and other service advisors have been friendly and answer my questions.

  I recently purchased a new vehicle from Molle VW. My experience from start to finish greatly exceeded all expectations. We all hear horror stories about dealerships, and the car buying process in general. My experience at Molle was the complete opposite, thanks to Eric Asbury. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and trustworthy. I did not feel pressured at any point. Both the sales department and the finance department operate in a way that should be the industry standard; with integrity. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Molle. Be sure to ask for Eric!

  Extremely dissatisfied — stay away from this dealership. I went into Molle Volkswagen in Kansas City, showed interest in a vehicle, and followed through by submitting a credit application. After that… nothing. No call, no follow-up, no email — absolutely zero communication. I even reached out myself just to figure out what was going on, and when I called, a guy named Chris answered. He was rude, short, and honestly acted like basic customer service was a burden. Didn’t greet properly, didn’t ask how I was doing — just an all-around unpleasant interaction. I had initially worked with a salesperson named Eric, who seemed like a nice enough guy, but there was no sense of urgency or professionalism. Let’s be honest — what salesperson doesn’t follow up after someone submits a credit application? Approved or denied, that’s literally the bare minimum. What really blows my mind is they didn’t even attempt to sell me anything. No alternatives, no “we can’t get you into this, but we can try that.” Nothing. Just silence. All they managed to do was waste my time and put a hard inquiry on my credit for absolutely no reason. There are plenty of other Volkswagen dealerships out there that actually value customers and communicate like professionals. This one clearly doesn’t. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
