  Amazing dealership. Everyone we dealt with was great. We looked at a lot of different makes of cars/dealerships during our new car search and Eric was the only salesperson that made me feel comfortable with his approach to selling us a car. All around great team at Molle.

  The best car-buying experience ever! Eric was so positive, friendly, and wonderful to work with. He genuinely is passionate about Volkswagens, and that enthusiasm is contagious! He made the whole experience enjoyable, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Eric, as well as the Tiguans!

  I had such a—dare I say—pleasant car-buying experience at Molle Volkswagen of Kansas City! Malik was absolutely wonderful to work with, and the entire team was so friendly, warm, and genuine. I truly felt like they wanted to do everything they could to help me get the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. I felt listened to, respected, and genuinely taken care of throughout the entire process. I’m so appreciative of Malik and the whole team for making what can often be a stressful experience such a positive one. I absolutely love my new Tiguan and couldn’t be happier with my experience!

  Started off great! Till they messed up one part of my car fixing another and all of a sudden now won't fix what they screwed up. Untill yesterday when they said it would need a deep dive diagnostic to figure out what is going on. Since I was treated like a brainless child yesterday, untill they fix on their dime what they broke, they will never get business from me again and my friends won't either. Ive know dealerships are only there to make more money... but to not fix something they messed up and claim it to be my problem..... uh no! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOPS VW REPAIR SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT LIED TO, STOLEN FROM, AND YOUR CAR NOT FIXED RIGHT! They fixed one thing messing up another that worked before and no won't take responsibility. They have forever lost more business than they know not that they seem to care as long as they get far more money than they need!

  Absolutely impossible to get a hold of anyone at this place, everyone have phone numbers but picking up is not an option. No one knows how to help you (regardless of the topic), unless you’re looking to buy a car, of course.
