Noor kept great communication every step of the way, JR worked hard getting me approved and all documentation handled. They make an amazing duo. If you’re looking to buy a car, Molle is the place to go! If I could rate 20 stars, I would!!

  Doug Taylor was my salesperson. He was extremely helpful, explaining all of the options in the Crown Signia I purchased. He listened to my questions & never pressured for a fast sale! I will definitely refer people to Molle. My experience with the entire staff was exceptional!!

  To Frank and Anna Molle - Molle has been a place that I have purchased multiple vehicles and always have had a great experience. I will say this time was not the case. I talked briefly with my normal sales guy before being introduced to a manager, Sam Sammur. From the minute he started talking he was telling me he had 20 some guys selling this vehicle that I was looking at and that I needed to get a deposit down on it if I was interested in purchasing. I indicated that I had purchased a few cars from the dealership and always happy and that I hadn’t even looked at the vehicle in person. After getting a chance to look at it I wrote out a check to hold the vehicle and had it ready to turn in. We did a few comparison on a couple vehicles that we currently own. Unfortunately none of those were going to work out so then the sales guy (Garrison) that was taking the place of my normal one (since he was selling a car) was so sweet he wanted to have Sam talk to me before I left so I can just let him know what we talked about and I could tell him what I was thinking before I left. The poor guy came back with no Sam and just told me to have a nice day. I told him that I would keep my deposit for the vehicle ($64k - vehicle) and would be looking elsewhere. For someone that was so pushy (Sam), from the moment that I stepped in the door to put down a deposit…. he couldn’t even take 2 minutes to come over and thank me for coming into the dealership that day and find out what I was thinking of doing. Very poor taste and a huge turnoff. Molle - do better and get someone that shows they care about your dealership.
