    I had a really positive experience ordering my new 2026 RAV4 Limited from Molle Toyota, and the communication before the sale was excellent. Unfortunately, after the purchase was completed, the level of service felt noticeably different. I was given some inaccurate information about features like Alexa integration and remote start, and I was mostly left to figure out many of the vehicle features on my own. I also discovered that accessories I had requested, including locking lug nuts and a hitch, either had not been ordered yet or were backordered. I also felt a change in the overall interaction when I came in with my wife to trade in her vehicle. I can’t say why for certain, but it left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I’m sharing this simply because follow-through and customer support after the sale are just as important as the buying experience itself.

    After searching high and low I found the used GMC Sierra I wanted on Cars.com located at Molle Toyota. I had a very laid back and no hassle interaction with the sales rep, Shawn Weissenbach. Test drive went great and Shawn worked with the sales manager to get to a sale price and offer for my trade that was everything I asked them for. I even had some sidebar conversations with other staff while my paperwork was being sorted. Everyone was friendly, laid back and professional. Overall I have zero complaints and wouldn’t hesitate to send potential car buyers to Shawn and the finance staff at Molle Toyota. I would go as far to say this was my most pleasant vehicle buying experience to date.

    Fantastic experience with Todd. Purchased a brand new Tundra with Todd’s help. Early on I was considering used and Todd would send me videos of various vehicles. Eventually I decided on new and Todd was there every step of the way. Other supportive staff like Denny, filled in for him when he was out of town. She shouted us all the choices and options and we took one for a spin. We received a significant discount and a deal that we could not pass up. This is the last vehicle we will ever purchase (we are old) and it looks like Todd saved the best experience we’ve ever had, for last. Thank you Todd and Denny, you were both amazing. Something else amazing was what Todd did for my wife. She is disabled and the primary driver. When it came time to have the ceramic coating done, Todd made sure my wife didn’t have to sit around and wait. He made arrangements to provide her with a car to drive home while our truck was being detailed. Amazing.

    I had a great experience buying a used 2020 RAM 1500 from Molle Toyota! They put brand new wheels and tires on it, which made it look rugged, whoever did that knew what they were doing, and I appreciated that. I emailed them in advance, requesting their best out-the-door price including all fees, and they responded quickly. I negotiated my trade-in in person, and it went smoothly. I appreciate that they were willing to negotiate on the trade-in to make it work for my budget. When it comes to pickups, they are in such high demand that I found every other dealer I contacted was inflexible and wouldn't even negotiate. One of those trucks I was considering at another dealer had sat on the lot for more than 4 months, but they still insisted on the price, which was marked up from the listed online price after their added fees. Molle didn't do that. My experience with Molle was enjoyable, and everyone was friendly, from start to finish. I was at the dealership for about 2 hours. 30 minutes of that was the test drive, and we did have to wait for the finance guy for about 20 minutes, but overall I felt the experience was fast. I didn't feel warn out or warn down from being at the dealership this time. I felt thrilled with my purchase, it was a helluva deal! I highly recommend them.

    I recently purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Molle Toyota, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I was simply window shopping, but thanks to Shawn Weissenbach of Molle Toyota who made the process smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. I mistakenly walked into all the buildings of Molle Toyota, (I didn’t know they had multiple lots), and felt a little displaced. However, when I found the right building, Shawn was attentive and super friendly. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and made sure I felt confident in every decision along the way. He was not pushy like other salespeople who just want to collect a check. The buying process itself was simple and stress-free. Shawn kept everything organized, communicated clearly, and ensured there were no surprises. He was very professional and his years of experience can definitely be seen. If you have the time, he has a photo album on his desk with the customers he has sold cars to. What a thoughtful thing to do! He definitely is a person first individual. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Shawn Weissenbach of Molle Toyota! He goes above and beyond to make sure you drive away not just satisfied, but truly happy with your purchase.
