A few things. First, be wary of the staff here and how they butter you up during the buying process. Literally as soon as I agreed to purchase the new Tundra, the entire demeanor of the salesman changed. It felt like we were a "burden" to the salesman because now that we bought the Tundra, they had t\o then do all the prep work for delivery of the vehicle. Definitely felt a little off. Also, be VERY hesitant having this dealership install anything aftermarket. I purchased a set of automatic running boards for my new truck as part of the deal, with Molle staff assuring me they could install no problem. However, I had several issues with these running boards even very early on. Some they were able to rectify. However, there was a persistent clunking sound while driving coming from the passenger side running boards. Despite several attempts to have Molle fix this, they repeatedly "could not replicate the issue" despite me even showing the service advisor. Definitely soured the great feeling of owning a brand new truck. Lastly, after a year and a half of ownership, I decided to get rid of the Tundra. Too many issues with the engine on this gen of Tundra. Gone are the bulletproof days of the 5.7. This twin turbo V6 was awful. Combine that with a plethora of other little things and that persistent clunking from the running boards, it was time. When I called to get a refund on the unused portion of my prepaid maintenance, I was told that there wasn't much of a refund to give because I only purchased a 55k maintenance plan. Cool, except when this was being sold to us by JR in finance when we bought it, it was explained to us that Toyota was giving everyone a 2 year/25k mile Toyotacare maintenance. The 55k maintenance was to extend beyond that initial period, extending the pre-paid maintenance for my vehicle out to 75k miles. Now when we request the refund, JR in finance says "that has never been the case, I would gain nothing from telling you that except grief down the road"... Well, now there is grief down the road, because we wrote down exactly what you told us while we were in your office. For those who have cared enough to read this far, be very careful of choosing Molle to purchase from. They will tell you lots of great things up front just to double back later on. Their service department is severely lacking, and your salesmen are NOT going to treat you the same after the purchase. Very glad I rejoined the Ford family!

Everyone i worked with was very helpful and fast as responding. They were able to answer all questions that helped me decide the right car for me and got a car from another dealer in only 2 days. Very happy with my deal and I will be going back for all my services even though they are not the closest toyota dealer to me.

I had an excellent experience at Molle Toyota! The entire buying process was smooth, and I never felt pressured. A very special thank you to Firas Tohmeh for being so patient with me throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find the exact truck I really wanted. Firas was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. Molle Toyota also gave me the best discount I found from any other Toyota dealership in the area, which made the experience even better. I truly appreciate his honesty and outstanding customer service. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Firas Tohmeh at Molle Toyota. Thank you for making this such a great car-buying experience!

Was searching internet listings for a new Camry and came across one with the specs and color I wanted. E-mailed Molle Toyota in KCMO and was referred to Deny Cervantes, who after discussing it with her suggested I put a deposit on it to secure the car. Waited patiently for several weeks for car to come in while Deny kept me informed and updated. Deny did a fantastic job dealing with me on the sale and Darnell Johnson was super with the paper work explaining everything as we went. Highly recommend those at Molle Totota to get the job done!

I had an appt. at 8am to have an oil change at Molle Toyota (103rd St. location). I arrived at 8am and was in the waiting area by 8:10am. I told the service consultant to pls. ck. the brakes as I had felt some shimming at high speeds. He didn't mention anything about only a bay where that technician works would take longer. When nobody had come in to talk to me or tell me my car was ready, I walked out to the service desk at 10 minutes to 10am. It was then explained to me that my car was not even in a bay and nothing had been done as of that time. I had another appt. and had to leave. I was told by a supervisor that when I came back, he would take care of the oil change for the inconvenience of having to come back. Okay, great. I told him I would call and make the appt. as soon as I got home. I did and AGAIN over the phone he told me he would "take care of my oil change." Today I went in for my oil change, tire rotation and to have my brakes checked. First the service consultant told me it would be $329.00 to resurface the front brakes and add new pads and another $329.99 to resurface the back brakes and add new pads. I asked how much the new pads were and he told me $99.00 for frt and $99.00 for bk. That left out of the $329.00 the cost of labor to be about $229.99 which included the resurfacing. So, I asked well how much to get new roters, if I was going to spend that much money anyway. I was told new roters would be $480.00 for frt and bk. So I assumed labor would not be as much since there would be no metal to resurface, etc. and it might run 480.00 plus the 2 $99.00 for pads and maybe $300.00 to $350.00 for labor for a total of $980.00 or so but I was told it would still cost me the $660.00 plus the $480 for a total of $1,140.00. Uhm, that didn't make sence to me and the service person just kept telling me that is what it costs and was irritable with me I guess for questioning this. Anyway, I decided to just have them resurfaced and new pads.....now here is why I am really upset with this service dept. I expected them to take care of the oil change (which I was told a 3rd time they would do) and my charage would be for the tire rotation and the rotors and pads ($329.95 + $329.95 + $19.95 + taxes, etc.). The website had a coupon on it (good thru 6/30/26) for $50.00 off a service of $350.00 or more. My service more than qualified for that $50.00. But when I got the bill, the invoice took the $50.00 and applied it towards the oil change - so the oil change was not "taken care of" - I call that "funny bookeeping or cooking the books" so to speak. And then when I mentioned it to the service person, he just did the ole' talking out of his side mouth and blabbing "oh put see it came off here and we added this here and dah dah dah". They must think I am stupid because I am an older woman?!!! My total bill was $707.22 when it should have been about $655.00. They did not give me anything for my "inconvenience". I knew it then and decided not to argue but they have LOST MY TRUST, MY BUSINESS, AND I NOW KNOW THEY OPERATE IN A RATHER OLD-STYLE "SNAKE-OIL SALESMAN" and if the service dept works that way, I have to assume so does the salesman, the finance guy and that is the culture that exists at this dealership.
