THEY ARE ROBBING A HOMELESS MAN !!!! WHO CAN HELP ME WITH A GOOD LAWYER? ICANT BELIEVE THAT I HAS TO COME TO THIS . IF THEY WOULD JUST DO THERE JOB. AND HONOR THERE WARRENTTE.AND IM STILL MEETING RESISTANCE I'VE BEEN THREATENED BY THE MECHANIC AND PUSH TO THE SIDE LIKE I DON'T MATTER oR HAVE A VOICE. Far from the information that I'm gathering that it is their boss David who works Incorporated. this is what all the employees tell me. I'm out tens of thousands of dollars has been donated to me for shelter do this for this winter food clothing parts and labor and I have nothing to show for it. and everything is already paid in full. but yet I still can't drive my truck due to the same issues Ipaid in full to have fixed.I had this location to replace my transmission $2200 and labor cost $800 my dog Roxy and I have been living in my truck in there parking lot.to save money to replace the transmission. People who donated money to me. So I could get it fixed. Had the money and I had to wait for a month or more for them to take the old one off and put the new one in. When it was done. I drove it under the direction not to" Hot dog it". Well that same day the transmission stop working and the manager pay out of his pocket to tow it back to the shop. The machine quit and the new mechanic refuses to look or find out the problem. Mind you I have reciepts and the transmission is under O'Reilly's warranty. And because I paid labor I have a warranty with jiffy lube. District manager I believe his name is Dave what the manager told me was that Dave has instructed them not to work on my truck and that I need to get it off the lot. I told him the truck stays where it is until they fix my truck correctly furthermore where in America that you pay for something and it comes back worse than it was before. In the meantime in the meantime somebody donated money for me to get my brakes fixed on the truck. While the mechanic was doing that brake job he broke my brake line and try to tell me it was broke he got to it there's no leak where it was originally parked a year ago no stains where it's sat. And when I pointed that out to him the next day there's fresh wet spots under my truck where it is parked now. Which is not where the truck started there would have been a leaked all over the place not just in the bay for like they said brake fluid was everywhere so he tried to charge me for that. They saying that I was getting help and the people were spending outrageous amounts of money on me and Roxy. And now I'm faced with losing my truck I have no way of replacing that money or replacing that transmission again it took a year to get it and now that I got it and they put it in I'm still on foot acclaimed squatter's rights if they want me to leave they will have to spend $500 for an eviction this also protects my truck so they cannot tow it because I am homeless living there for a year I just don't understand why they take my money and they don't want to do their job I paid for my transmission to be replaced and so I can drive it seems like they put the transmission in their took my money and called it good they haven't even took the transmission when the machine said he was done with my truck I went to my truck and the entire dashboard was dismantled. Got video of and pictures of where they poured brake fluid on the ground. And in the wrong spot in the parking lot. They poured it in the spot that the truck is now resting in but not where it originally set when it first got there. They said the leak was there upon arrival which which means where it first set that's where the leakage would have started not after it's been pushed to the spot it is in now. people that are tired of businesses that get over on them pacifically the jiffy lube corporation but if there's enough people no problem make it a class action Lawsuit. But if not I'm not going to let him get away with it they will not get away with it. For the money that was given to me to get that truck fixed I could have got an apartment for a year at the lease. Tens of thousands of dollars.
