A little unclear about why: first it was a customer not returning cars on time. Then it was something about a fleet delivery. Regardless, it was a poor experience and not what I needed when I was trying to get to a funeral. They claimed they called me the day before to alert me, but they did not. Incompetent and unreliable location.
