When I got there, they said they had no cars available. Luckily, for me, Budget rental car was across the street. It was five minutes till closing, and they had one car for me
- ASAshley SumrallAug 26, 20261.0I had a terrible experience at this business about a week or so ago. I was there, to try and get some quick information about their rental policies. Waiting patiently, I was quickly taken aback. The employee, branch manager at that, im pretty sure, was being soooo rude to the woman in front of me, I couldn't believe it. The condescending and unprofessional behavior of this employee, had me convinced right there and then, that this was a place I did not want to give my business to. Granted, I knew nothing about this woman's situation specifically, but she was just crying from this terrible treatment, obviously. The disrespect, ugliness and tbh (imo) bullying, was un-real. I turned right around right then, never even talking to anyone. Never again. Shame on you, Enterprise.

We stop by and they say it is not there even though we are told it is. NO one knows what is going on and they do not have a clue. If you don't have to use them I would not.
