  They took my reservation only to call me minutes later and say there are no cars available. Maybe Enterprise needs a better way of keeping track of this. They should be able to see in real time what’s on the lot. Or let people actually speak to someone at the rental location, not some person in a booking office that can’t look out the window to see if there’s actually any cars on the lot! On top of that the guy on the phone was rude and was more dismissive than helpful. You’d think someone whose reservation was cancelled would get priority. Apparently you get bumped to the back of the line and brushed off. Disappointing to say the least. Couldn’t even offer to try and track down another car for me at a different location. All around an extremely frustrating experience.

  Zero stars. Can’t pick up the phone and the answering machine doesn’t hold, just hangs up. You’re supposed to pick me up over an hour ago after confirmation and I can’t even reach someone at Enterprise? This is the second terrible experience I’ve had. None of the KC locations ever have any cars. Why would a rental car company have cars on demand?? Always trying to upsell to some huge vehicle. Insurance referrals are the only thing keeping enterprise in business.

  The guys at Enterprise downtown Missouri work hard with a small staff. I appreciate them for all the help and consideration towards my rental.

  We had a reservation for July that we made in January for a large SUV. We had plans with lots of fans for the World Cup and were completely reliant on having that vehicle so people who had traveled 1000s of miles could see their team on the world stage for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. This enterprise location completely and utterly dropped the ball by not having a vehicle ready for us when we arrived. They gave us absolutely zero warning that our reservation was cancelled with no options to remedy the situation. Additionally, the staff were completely remorseless as if we should have anticipated that a reservation we held for almost 6months wouldn't be upheld. They had no accountability at all whatsoever. Shame on them.

  I had a terrible experience at this business about a week or so ago. I was there, to try and get some quick information about their rental policies. Waiting patiently, I was quickly taken aback. The employee, branch manager at that, im pretty sure, was being soooo rude to the woman in front of me, I couldn't believe it. The condescending and unprofessional behavior of this employee, had me convinced right there and then, that this was a place I did not want to give my business to. Granted, I knew nothing about this woman's situation specifically, but she was just crying from this terrible treatment, obviously. The disrespect, ugliness and tbh (imo) bullying, was un-real. I turned right around right then, never even talking to anyone. Never again. Shame on you, Enterprise.
