    Very interaction has been pleasant; the process speedy and efficient for both picking up and dropping, the vehicles are in great condition, and the staff extremely professional and courteous. Shout out to David at the car return. By the time I exited the vehicle and got my bags the receipt was in my inbox. He also asked about the quality of my experience and the vehicle satisfaction. I will be using them again in the future.

    Huge shoutout to Logan at Enterprise Rent-A-Car! From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely top tier. Logan was professional, friendly, patient, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and his positive attitude really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience the way Logan does. If you’re renting in Kansas City, definitely ask for Logan — you’ll be in great hands! Highly recommend!

    I encountered Jack this afternoon & what a polite gentleman!! He explained to me about renting a vehicle & what all I needed to rent a vehicle. He was kind with his words & his directions on where to wait for the next employee to help me. When I say the process was less than 10mins I mean that! He was polite, quick & efficient!! Same with the girl who showed me to my car. I forgot her name but she had straight long candy blonde hair & it was in a pony tail with a pink scrunchie. Thank you for making my car rental experience amazing!!

    I flew outta state for a wedding. I booked online, paid online so that myself and my family could just pickup and roll. However, they just gotta hold you up unnecessarily by trying to get more money. I was told that the SUV that I booked wouldn't comfortably hold 4 ppl. I paid an additional $15 extra and ended up with a Chevrolet Trax! Make it make sense when I chose a 5 passenger Hyundai SUV. Economy robbery!

    I rented a large luxury SUV and over the weekend had to return to the MCI location because the vehicle developed an engine/check engine warning light. Since the issue was with the rental vehicle itself, I expected to be provided a comparable replacement. Instead, manager Mark told me no equivalent vehicle was available and that they were booked. However, while leaving, another employee stated they do not like sending large SUVs to other locations when the rental did not originate there. If true, that suggests the refusal may have been based on internal preference rather than actual availability. I should not be penalized because the rental provided to me had mechanical issues. I’m requesting this situation be reviewed, along with whether proper customer service and replacement policies were followed. A customer who receives a defective rental should be prioritized for a safe, equivalent replacement. If this is the management they put in place I feel bad for any future customers
