  Concerns responded to with a Chatgpt sounding email. Vehicle not checked in at return/no receipt provided. Receipt provided on request reflects a change from rental agreement $200/week to $360/week. No response from management in reporting this alarming discrepancy. Further, the check in time is listed at 805pm. I returned the vehicle at 440pm-5pm. (I needed time to load luggage cart and manage dependent passenger, also time spent answering honestly about odd/stressful pickup experience). I rent from this location annually and have never had any issues. Really unpleasantly surprised and confused- this in not the Enterprise I know. I rent from a variety of locations every year because I had found Enterprise to me more trustworthy and reliable. I feel like I rented from Six, Budget, or some other roll the dice company.

  I reserved a 15-passenger van about a month ago so I could transport my family of 10 during our 3-day stay in Kansas City for a Yellow Ribbon Event due to my recent return to the country following a military deployment. Upon arrival to the Enterprise booth at MCI, I was informed that there were no 15-passenger vans available because, though the location had new stock and plenty of vans, Enterprise had repeatedly failed to respond to the local employees' requests to install license plates. Not only did this significantly disrupt my family vacation, it put the local shift manager in a very difficult position to navigate angry travelers. This is completely unacceptable and infuriating. The local staff members were kind, apologetic, and professional, offering us 2 minivans for the cost of our initial reservation, but this, too, was a disruption to our plans. Haley, the manager on duty, was incredible and very accommodating! The ONLY reason I selected Enterprise for this travel is because of the (false) availability of 15-passenger vans. For future travel, I will avoid reserving with Enterprise at all costs, due to this untrustworthy business practice, and I will recommend widely that others do the same. The 1-star review is for Enterprise, as a business. The staff at this location, namely Haley and Noah, were very helpful and deserve 5-stars!
