  Okay. Guys. This place is a little funky *at first* if you’re not coming off a plane (I was in town in the area), but dude - once you get to the building, literally EVERYONE is SO nice, so helpful and friendly. I was so stressed out when I got there and so immediately put at ease it was crazy. I’ve never had that good of an experience at a car rental place or any similar kind of business. Don’t know how they pick their employees but keep it up.

  We rented a car from Enterprise to drive to Colorado. When we returned from Colorado we noticed one of the tires was continually losing air. We stopped in Lincoln NE for the night. Before returning to K.C. we took the rental to Discount Tire in Lincoln where Enterprise authorized replacement of the Tire. When returning the car the Enterprise at the K.C. airport we told them how grateful we were that Discount Tire worked with Enterprise to replace the tire and Enterprise gave us a discount on the rental for our inconvenience. We are sold on Enterprise car rental. We'll be customers for life.

  Super slick...I had checked in on the app before I got on my plane. I took a shuttle from Kansas City Airport. I bypassed the check in line, went straight outside and they drove the car up for me to load. I drove out, stopped at the gate and showed my license....on my way. Smoothest rental car pickup ever and the drop off was too.

  Easy check-in and check-out every time. The staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful. The Kansas airport team is the best group of Enterprise employees I have dealt with—they consistently provide outstanding customer service and make the rental process smooth and stress-free. I always enjoy renting from Enterprise and appreciate the excellent experience they provide.
