  The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. The entire experience was smooth, simple, and hassle-free from start to finish. Excellent customer service and an overall great experience. I would definitely recommend them!

  Easy pick up and drop off and a very nice NEW car. Had used another rental company in the past and the car was a death trap with bald tires.

  We had a longstanding reservation for a large SUV at an Enterprise downtown during the World Cup and that location completely dropped the ball with no accountability. Fortunately, they at least pointed us toward the airport. I was so appreciative that when we arrived we worked with Erica Beck, who listened to our story and was able to hook us up with exactly what we needed. Otherwise, we would have been totally screwed. A lot of times in customer service you can tell people are "listening" but not really listening. Erica interacted with us human-to-human and made sure our needs were met, even though the airport location that day was very busy. Thank you, Erica.
