- JLJonathan LeeAug 24, 20263.0I was involved in an accident and needed a rental. My insurance said they lined up a car for me but enterprise didn’t have any available same day. I spoke to a man in the office and told him I hadn’t decided on which car/rate I want. When I came in the next day to my appointment, they gave me the more expensive option instead of asking me what I wanted. Employees should not be making those decisions for customers. They also must be under-staffed because no one ever answers the phone at this location.

Jordyn very easily could have left it my problem, but she helped me through what I needed to do, and always with a friendly and warm demeanor. She even followed up to confirm everything was as it should be and I'm taken care of. I've heard some absolute horror stories about Enterprise, but legitimately don't see how those stories could come from a location with such awesome staff. Thanks Jordyn!
