- BDBreanna DawkinsOct 2, 20265.0There were many obstacles to me being able to get a rental vehicle due to insurance issues, parts availability, my schedule and specific vehicle requirements. Josiah was very accommodating to my needs and made sure I was taken care of. The gentleman that checked my rental back in was very polite and efficient. I will be back again for my car rental needs. With all that being said, this location needs more staff! They are over worked as evidence by not being able to get in on the phones and wait times while in office, get them some help!
- DBD.L. BrownSep 16, 20265.0Great Service
- STSheila TillmonSep 10, 20264.0The Staff (ALL) were SUPERB! The one thing I was very upset about initially was receiving a call the day before pick up to advise me that I needed to put down a $300 refundable deposit (ALL of my planned SPENDING $ for our weekend trip)!!! THAT should be documented & repeated often on all the initial Reservation paperwork. While I was very angry & upset by that “policy,” the service & customer care I received while there to both puck up & return the car made up for 80% of my frustration. Money is TIGHT nowadays; inform customers at the beginning of the reservation process. If, for some reason, I was “singled out” to put down a deposit, it STILL SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED on the initial paperwork.
- DWDoug WendtSep 7, 20265.0Picking up and dropping off my car was a breeze. I was upgraded to an Audi Quattro for no charge while my Lexus was being repaired.
- JLJonathan LeeAug 24, 20263.0I was involved in an accident and needed a rental. My insurance said they lined up a car for me but enterprise didn’t have any available same day. I spoke to a man in the office and told him I hadn’t decided on which car/rate I want. When I came in the next day to my appointment, they gave me the more expensive option instead of asking me what I wanted. Employees should not be making those decisions for customers. They also must be under-staffed because no one ever answers the phone at this location.
