Enterprise dvertised a vehicle as being available(small truck). Turns out that vehicle is not available. Enterprise did not tell me the vehicle was not available until I arrived at the counter. Also, there were no other vehicles available at all, so I could not rent anything. I rescheduled for the small truck while I was at the counter, and returned in a week. Again, no vehicle. Why would Enterprise advertise a vehicle they can not provide? And why would Enterprise not make a timely notification that said vehicle was not available. The counter people were polite, but they just offered platitudes, not facts or solutions.

Samore’a, Leslie, & Logan delivered the best customer service I have had in KC. They all three were kind and patient with the large number of customers they had after a holiday weekend. They all deserve a raise and extra time off. I would definitely come back. I needed a rental while my car was being fixed after an accident and their service was top notch!
