I booked reservations and paid for an Uber to both locations, only to find out there were no cars available, at either. I was told at the desk that customer service does not communicate with them about inventory. What a joke.

Although they were short staffed, the man at the front was very composed, professional, and kept everyone informed. When I dropped off the rental on Friday, the woman there was equally as professional and friendly. I was even dropped off at the auto body shop to pick up my vehicle. Would definitely recommend this location. Thank you Enterprise staff. Great way to impress.

Told them I didn’t want to pay out of pocket, but seems they never had what I wanted, so I ended up with a Nissan Rogue for an extra $12 a day. I told them I could not afford to pay the extra. Every time I called they never had a car; I ended up owing them $57. Talked to manager and he set it up for me to go in on 04/28/2026 in the afternoon to pay and trade, never happened. Came home from work, look out and they were towing the car.. They should not tell it’s ok , set up plans, then tow your car.
