  I got the confirmation for reservations but when I reached there they said its not available. They never sent me an email or nothing. And they didn’t do anything about it and the lady at the front desk was really rude. She was saying we don’t have time for anything, this is the worst service ever. Fix your branch and customer service.

  I've been renting from Enterprise for over a year now. Mostly once a month sometimes more. I've never had a bad experience. Right now Jaydin and Alexis are my favorite people there. Always friendly, knowledgeable, professional. I can be a bit picky sometimes but they don't seem to mind. I like both of them very much. Both appear to be very hard workers

  Enterprise was supposed to pick me up where I dropped my car off for some work, never did and no apology. Not off to a great start. Then they gave me a car that needed an oil change, strike two. Finally when I returned my rental car, they charged my cc for extra two days instead of checking my coverage and extending my service date, and when I called to check the extra charge they took no responsibility making me call my car insurance for reimbursement instead of just handing it themselves. I’m so tired of corporations trying to stick it to their customers.

  I have never had a problem with any rental car until working with this location. The first car smelled like body odor and cigarettes that have been attempted to be covered up with air freshener. The seats had disgusting stains on them. So I had to take it back and ask for another one . This one smells like cigarettes also. I’d rather sniff a Las Vegas motel room floor than smell this car. I don’t have time during their limited business hours to keep begging to swap cars. The cars here are FILTHY. Enterprise is a big business and doesn’t care what I think- and they probably will treat you the same. Go somewhere- anywhere - else!!

  Go somewhere else if you can because this place sucks. Having made a reservation on Tuesday(three days before a Friday pick up), they contacted me on Friday morning, a couple of hours before my pickup time, telling me they're out of cars. Something tells me that any serious business would not wait until the day of pick up to share this info with me. Sadly, this tells you all you need to know about how serious these people are. To the crappy ownership, no need to apologize: your actions speak louder than any words you could say, which mean nothing. Maybe you all should look into fixing your reservation system and, I don't know, maybe update it to 2026 standards by having it tell customers when no cars are available, instead of just letting the customer make a reservation that will have to be cancelled later. Y'll got problems.
