They stated they do complementary drop off after you return the car, I was not given that service because they address I was going to was 15 minutes from location. Overall poor customer service.

And they didn’t do anything about it and the lady at the front desk was really rude. She was saying we don’t have time for anything, this is the worst service ever. Fix your branch and customer service.

Right now Jaydin and Alexis are my favorite people there. Always friendly, knowledgeable, professional. I can be a bit picky sometimes but they don't seem to mind. I like both of them very much. Both appear to be very hard workers
