  Cottman on Wornall Road performed important work on my auto transmission and did so quickly and efficiently at a fair price based on my research. My car now runs smooth as glass. Consider me to be a highly satisfied customer! They've earned some unrelated follow-up work on my vehicle. Repairing the car (versus having to buy a replacement) relieved some potential financial stress for our monthly household cash flow. The sky seems a little bluer each day I drive it to work.

  Everything went just fine. Scheduled in promptly, checked issue out, called to advise of work to be done, price and approval. Work done promptly and satisfactorily. No attemt to upsell at all. Transmission works. Certainly will come back if need service again.

  Cottman Transmission did a great job, not only were they accurate with their estimate, but they informed me of needed additional work that saved me hundreds down the road. I appreciate their honesty and if I need more transmission work I will always go to and recommend Cottman.

  My transmission service was exceptional. Kevin was incredibly helpful and kept me well informed of my options and the process as it developed. Repairs were completed very quickly.
