I honestly wasnt even loud, if anything I get squeaky when in anxious. When we finally got it figured out the manager called me out on being frustrated and accused me of "about to tear them up". Poor customer service over their messed up system. A little understanding in a frustrating situation would have been nice.

There was a line waiting to check out, however they were hanging out with friends messing around instead of doing their job. He made a snobby comment to one of the staff attempting to ask a question. Other customers also picked up on this and commented. Truly disrespectful behavior especially for someone in "management".
