They went above and beyond. Jorge is very pleasant and responds to email quickly. He helped me with a flat tire and got it replaced very quickly. One time had a tire pressure alarm on my way to work and I stopped by the dealership, Halley helped patching my tire in a timely manner so I won’t miss work. She followed up later in the week to check if there is any concern or further help is needed. They send summary videos after routine services. Overall I had a wonderful experience with this Audi dealership
