  rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with Audi Kansas City State Line, I feel compelled to share this for other customers. I spent over $11,000 on major engine repairs for my Audi Q7, only for the vehicle to overheat again within just a few miles of pickup, requiring immediate rework. That completely destroyed my confidence in the repair process and quality control. What has been most disappointing is not just the mechanical issue itself, but the lack of accountability, communication, and customer care throughout this process. Audi of America was actually the only party that offered any meaningful concessions, while the dealership repeatedly failed to proactively communicate, follow up, or acknowledge the inconvenience and frustration this situation created. After investing significant money into repairs, I expected professionalism, transparency, and confidence in the final outcome. Instead, I was left questioning whether the vehicle was truly repaired properly and whether customer satisfaction was actually a priority. I understand that repairs can be complicated, but how a dealership handles problems is what truly matters. Unfortunately, this experience has left me extremely disappointed and hesitant to ever return or recommend this dealership to others.

  Transparent, easy, and great customer service. I just leased my first Audi and I had a great experience with Ricardo and Sal! The customer service here was so much better than every other dealer I shopped at!

  Did my purchase by phone since I’m out of state. All went well till the financial part. They wanted to charge me a high interest rate. Ii balkedand and said no deal. Sales manager called said he could drop my over 3 points and $350.00 off the price if I wanted to proceed. I did and I’m happy

  Well deserving of this 5 star rating! I worked with Richard and Nikki. Both were very helpful and went above and beyond to earn my business and get me into the A5 that I was looking for.
