  I love the car that I found but the customer service was terrible. From the beginning of the car buying process they were over promising when my car would be ready. There has been major issues with getting my tags and communication. The dealership is not attentive to any of the issues or concerns I have been having through this process. There is a lack of professionalism and order. Multiple typos were made in my paperwork costing me time and money. It has been over a month since I purchased my car and I still don’t have my tags due to the sales department and the lack of taking care of what they need to. Additionally when my car had to get serviced the check engine light remained on because of the lack of attentiveness to my vehicle . They put my car back together incorrectly.

  I have never experienced a car salesman like Kaleb. He was very welcoming, polite, and knowledgeable about the Audi brand. I appreciate his patience and willingness to help me weigh all my financial options before I made my decision. I also appreciate the him showing me how to use all the bells and whistles and not having to figure it out myself. Ask for Kaleb

  We had an exceptional experience with our recent car purchase, and Clayton deserves a lot of the credit. He was extremely helpful and incredibly knowledgeable, but what impressed us most was how well he listened. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and tailored the experience around our needs rather than giving us a generic sales pitch. We also took our time making a decision and visited the dealership a couple of times before we were ready to buy. Clayton was patient and accommodating throughout the entire process, never making us feel rushed or pressured. And despite the heat, he made sure every vehicle we wanted to drive was running and cooled off before we got in—a small detail that said a lot about how attentive he was. From beginning to end, the experience was exceptional. Clayton made what can sometimes be a stressful process genuinely enjoyable, and the level of service we received has absolutely earned our repeat business.
