  Had to leave a review, because the guy saved me a lot of stress..not sure of the guys name, skinny dude with long beard. Dude had my car hooked up within 10 mins and took me where I needed to go. Hopefully I don’t need anymore tows but if I do I’m calling them.

  I’m giving them one star and that is being more than generous. Now I will start with the day of the accident. We were towed by hi tech to their on site location. The guy who did the towing was great and really nice. Now let’s skip to the first time we got our car back. First off when we pulled up the cars buff Job was not finished so should’ve been an obvious red flag. Panel gaps were way off. Door would catch when opening and closing. Had a noise coming from the side it got hit on. Upon further inspection we saw that we had received high milage used suspension parts on a 42,000 mile car. We brought it back the following Monday. Gave exact instructions on how to recreate the noise through text. Could not recreate it. Took it to Lloyd belts. Got diagnosed with a bad strut (hi tech replaced it but did not document replacement, nor did they on the control arm they replaced.) insurance wouldn’t let us use belts had to go back to hi tech. Hi tech was able to diagnose it after we had already had to pay another shop to do that. Replaced both, found the A pillar was bent causing issues with our panel alignment. Fixed the panel alignment (not great but better) and replaced the CV Axle. CV axle continued to make noise. They did not stake it or torque it to the correct spec. Took it to prayers body works and it actually got fixed. Shop is incapable of taking on larger jobs. They use excuses like everyone’s blind and can’t see these issues. Three items missing on the invoices (strut, control arm, cv axle) and a $560 difference between what the insurance claims to have paid out vs invoices. Edit: To their comment below I have spoken with the owner Allen about this several times and no corrections have been made. Allen argued with me the whole way. Do not believe their generic statement. This is a normal representation of their work. This is work that their quality team allowed out multiple times. Therefore is a accurate representation of their work.

  I can't recommend Hi Tech Auto Body and Towing enough! After a tree fell on my car at the Lake of the Ozarks, I was stressed and overwhelmed—especially since I live out of town. From the moment I contacted them, they went above and beyond to make a difficult situation so much easier. Their team was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, answered all my questions, and treated me like a valued customer. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares, but that's exactly what I experienced. If you ever need towing or auto body repairs, don't hesitate to call Hi Tech Auto Body and Towing. They turned a frustrating experience into a positive one, and I couldn't be more grateful. Five stars all the way!

  Van got stuck on a gravel backroad heading down to the lake. I wish i remembered the mans name that came to help but he was ideal. Phone call with the dispatcher was pleasant, I understand that tow wait times can depend on how many other calls for service may be happening at the same time so had i had to wait i certainly wouldn't base my review on that but luckily they were able to dispatch immediately. Driver called me and got some info as well as pictures to make sure he brought what he needed. 20 minutes he arrived and came up with the plan. He navigated his truck down some gravel paths to reach the van and unstuck us!! Super polite, super professional. And once he unstuck me, i still had to drive the van out of the predicament and the driver said the best thing id heard all day when i asked if he thought i could make it back up the hill- “ if i get stuck we’ve got a problem, if you get stuck I’ll still be here”. I laughed, made it out and would highly recommend Hi Tech.
