  My daughter went and got her oil changed on Wednesday and she called valoline they told her they would tow it and cause it had leaked all the oil out and before the oil change it had not leaked at all so I took it to valoline this morning and all they done was just look not take anything out they just looked to see if anything was wet from oil and they said nothing they did caused it and could explain the leaking and charged me 10 dollars a quart which they had to put 3 quarts in so the cost me 35 dollars so I took car back to her and called her dad and he looked at it and it was leaking around the oil filter and when I took it there this morning they didn't take the cover off to check the oil filter and then went back for a second time with her dad and he told them what was wrong and refused to fix it and they said we had to go get a diagnostics ran on it before they would fix it. So we took it back home, started making noises, had it towed to Baxter, to be fixed, and it was $516, and they're still refusing that they weren't in the wrong and the seal was broke and we came with proof they didn't do anything. So, you know, you can't trust people anymore when it comes to vehicles or anything like that. They don't wanna take the blame for anything. So no I would not take my car to this place at all. Because they don't want to own their mistakes.

  WE WERE FROM OUT TOWN (ALABAMA), AND NEEDED SOME HELP. OUR LEFT SIDE UNDER GUARD WAS FLAPPING AND MY FUEL DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN. I PRESENTED THESE ISSUES TO THIS GREAT TEAM, AND THEY ROLLED ME OVER A PIT, GAVE A DETALED DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM AND ZIP TIED IT WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE! THEN, THE MANAGER GOOGLED THE MAKE AND MODEL OF MY VEHICLE AND DISCOVERED THERE WAS AN EMERGENCY POP SWITH WHE THE TIRE CHANGING TOOLS WERE! I WAS ECSTATIC WITH JUBILATION! I ASKED WHAT I OWED. NOTHING. I CRIED
